"You know, your parents dropped by today. They looked...Steve, I'm gonna be blunt with you. They looked shit, my mom looks shit because of the divorce, I look shit. Do you know why? It's all because of you."
The venom in her voice cut through me like a blade and I was frozen. Frozen with guilt because I knew that what she was saying was true.
"It's funny really. How one person can fuck up so many lives."
