One thing never changes about this Au: the ending. Wilbur was always meant to kill Quackity in the end, even since the story was first drafted in 2022. It is known as the most tragic Au of them all, a reminder that things cannot be good every time.
Did Wilbur ever jump out of the weight room window to escape everything? I would say most likely, but his future isn’t exactly recorded, I left it unknown so that it could be speculated.
Over a year of work, and finally this is all done. This story ended up being so much longer than I thought it would be, which is my fault for the long phase of bad mental health that is STILL continuing (I’m just writing anyways).
Assasssin Au is a strange read with horrible pacing in my eyes, but maybe someday I’ll read it again and change my mind.
I am so ready to move on to something else. Finally Roommates 2 is going to be edited and finished.
