Haruka sighed. Sasuke had fallen asleep on her back. The rhythm of his soft breath is somehow relaxing.
She can see the oh-so-familiar large gates of Konohagakure from her position.
She gently put down her brother, before kissing his forehead. The she shook his shoulder. "Wake up, you lazy sleepyhead brother."
Haruka's P.O.V.
Sasuke let out a grunt, as she rubbed and opened his eyes. "Where are we?"
"Almost at Konoha. Stand up."
He obeyed me. I crouched in front of him, my eyes on the same level at his.
Then I activated my Mangekyo Sharingan, locking my gaze on his onyx eyes, telling him all my orders mentally. After that, I poked his forehead, completely blocking his memories for the past two years.
I caught his falling body as he passed out. Again, I carried him on my back.

Itachi's P.O.V.
"...-successful. That's all." I finished my mission report. The Hokage nodded.
Just as he was about to dismissed me and Kakashi, someone barged into the office.
"Lord Hokage!"
"What's with the rush, Kotetsu?"
"We found Sasuke Uchiha passed out near the gates!"
My eyes widened in disbelief.
"Where is he now?" The Hokage asked.
"He's currently at the hospital, second floor, room 23G."
I rushed out to the hospital.

Third Person's P.O.V.
The room's door was slammed open. There stood Itachi Uchiha, who was said to have a calm stoic personality.
Itachi's eyes soften at the unconscious boy on the bed. He approached him, and gently caressed his cheeks.
Tears began to fall from his eyes. After two years, two painful years thinking that he's alone, he met his little brother. Now he can share the pleasure of killing his sister with someone.
He gripped the bed sheets tightly, trying to stop himself from trembling.
I'm not alone... I have a family... He kept saying in his mind.
Sasuke's hand twitched. Slowly, his eyes fluttered open.
"N-Nii-san?"
Itachi stayed silent, but smiled at the boy. He nodded at him, as if saying 'I'm here. Your big brother is here. You're safe now, Sasuke.'
"Nii-san..." Sasuke trailed off, "Did Nee-chan really killed everyone last night?"
Itachi's smile faltered. Last night?! It was 2 years ago!
"...Sasuke..." Itachi muttered, "Yes. Haruka killed everyone. We are the last Uchihas. But she killed them two years ago."
Inside, Itachi is hyperventilating. But he kept his calm façade, for his brother's sake.
"Two... years? But I can't remember anything! Nii-san, what happened?!"
Itachi bit his lip, and hugged Sasuke. "I don't know, otouto, I don't know. She knocked me out and when I woke up, I was alone. I thought she killed you. They never found your body. And this morning they found you in front of the gates."
