Y/N smiles up at Jhené as she was straddling her waist. Jhené's hands running up and down Y/N's stomach and chest as she smiles at her. "I don't want you to leave." Jhené mumbles. "I know but the faster I get this song finished, I can get back to you. I just have to record my verse and that's it until they do the music video. Jay thinks this song will be popular enough that he's willing to pay for the video." Y/N explained. "I'm only on break for a few more days before I get back to work and I just want to spend these days off with you in bed." Jhené explains. "I understand and I will only be there for a few hours and I'm all yours. You're more than welcome to come with me. I know you don't like the idea of Rihanna being around me with what I told you at your release party. We go, record my part, and we come back home and rot in bed." Y/N offers. Her hands caressing Jhené's thighs. Jhené nods her head before climbing off of Y/N and pulls her with her as they head towards the bathroom.
Y/N wrapped her arm around Jhené's waist as they made their way through the paparazzi, and into the recording studio building. Y/N intertwined their fingers and checked in before making their way towards the recording studio that was booked. Before they walked into the room, Y/N stopped and turned to Jhené. "Did I tell you that you're beautiful today?" Y/N questions. "I can't be beautiful everyday Y/N/N." Jhené smiles as she caught onto what Y/N was doing. "You're beautiful every other day and gorgeous the rest. I love you" Y/N finishes. She brought Jhené closer and pressed their lips together. "I love you too" Jhené mumbles between kisses.
Y/N greeted Rihanna with a friendly side hug and was immediately shoved into the recording booth. "So... How did you and Y/N meet?" Rihanna asks Jhené. "We've known each other since we were kids. Elementary school to be exact." Jhené answers with a soft smile. She was trying to be nice but knowing that Rihanna had interest in her girlfriend put her on edge. "I don't think we got off on the right foot. I can assume Y/N told you that I flirted with her during our meeting and I did but I stopped as soon as she mentioned that she was in a relationship. I'm not that kind of girl." Rihanna turns her attention to Jhené. "Thank you for that and I apologize if you felt any hostility from me. We're women and you know how we get when it comes to our significant others. Y/N is very special to me and I get worried that she'll find someone better than me. Especially someone that looks like you. Have you seen her? She's literal perfection." Jhené expresses.
"Have you seen yourself? You're both lucky to have each other. You have nothing to worry about when it comes to Y/N ever leaving you. She's not going anywhere. She's obsessed with you and it's hard for her not to hide. This song is just to boost our careers and kickstart hers. She's an amazing artist and I can tell her career is going to be very successful. Don't doubt yourself girl!" Rihanna patted Jhené's thigh in encouragement. Jhené went to respond but stopped when Y/N stepped out of the booth and started talking to the producer. "This beat doesn't match up right, right here. It kind of skips. Let's smooth it out a bit and play it back please." Y/N speaks as she puts her headset back on to listen to the clean up. Y/N nods her head before giving a thumbs up. "Let's do adlibs now" Y/N speaks before turning to Jhené.
"You need anything baby? This should only take another hour." Y/N speaks. "I'm okay... Just go do your thing." Y/N walks over to her and pecks her lips before disappearing back into the booth. Rihanna looked at Jhené with a smirk and that looked that said "I told you so". Jhené rolled her eyes playfully and felt her face heating up as she started blushing. Rihanna lets out a laugh before turning and they focused on Y/N's singing. She would stop and cut in where she felt she needed to redo or if the beat was off. "She just came in here and is already bossing around my producers. She's definitely meant for this." Rihanna chuckles. "She's always had a habit of leading. She can't help it." Jhené smiles as she watches Y/N in the booth.
TIME SKIP
Y/N wrapped her arms around Jhené's waist as she laid her head on her chest. They had gotten home and decided they wanted to just lay in bed and watch movies. Y/N let Jhené pick their movie and of course she put on Poetic Justice. Y/N was just happy to be holding Jhené in her arms. Jhené's fingers rubbing up and down Y/N's bare back and running her fingers through her hair just like she liked. Jhené stopped moving her hands and just wrapped them around Y/N's shoulder which caused Y/N to groan. "I liked that. Why'd you stop?" Y/N mumbles.
"I haven't gotten my period." Jhené mumbles. "I thought that was normal when on birth control?" Y/N questions as she looks up at Jhené. She wasn't scared of the possibility of Jhené being pregnant but she was scared that this would slow down their careers. "Yes but it has never been this late before. I haven't had my period in over a month and a half." Jhené speaks. Her voice soft and quiet like she was scared to tell Y/N. "Do you want to go get tests to find out? I'm with you 100% of the way." Y/N expresses. She knew this was a scary moment for her girlfriend and she wanted to bring her as much comfort as possible. "You think when we came home from your after party might have been the night?" Y/N asks. "That fits the timeline." Jhené responds. "Let's go get those tests and snacks." Y/N stands up and holds her hand out for Jhené to grab.
TIME SKIP
Y/N and Jhené sat nervously as they waited for the tests. Y/N had leaned back onto the bed and Jhené laid back onto her. Their hearts racing as they think about what they would do. "What if I am pregnant?" Jhené asks. "We take it one step at a time. It's your body and I am here to support you with whatever comes from this. I'm not going anywhere either way. You're my girl and I'd do anything to make sure you're good. Even if you choose a baby is not a good time right now or if you want to keep them." Y/N speaks as she rubs up and down Jhené's arm soothingly. "It's too early in our careers to have a baby. You just got your record deal and just released two very popular songs. I just released my album and I'm getting ready to start another one. We would be too busy for a baby." Jhené stresses.
"I understand and if this is not what you want right now, we can fix it. I'm here and I don't want you to carry the full burden of this. We will be okay with either decision that is made." Y/N kisses Jhené's forehead as she felt her heart break a little. She wanted a baby but it was Jhené's body and she would make her endure being pregnant if this wasn't what she wanted. "What do you want?" Jhené questions. "Whatever you want. It's not my body that would change from this and I only want what will bring you the most comfort. If you say it's too soon for a baby, we set up the appointment. If you say you want to have this baby, I'll be here the whole way. I'll make the late night trips, I'll buy you new clothes when your current ones don't fit anymore, and I will take whatever mood you're in through the stages of pregnancy. I'm here to support you no matter the decision." Y/N answers. They both let out a deep sigh before climbing off the bed and looking at the tests.

Damn... Are they pregnant? I also have a baby named picked out. I won't be using Jhené's actual daughter or son as it feels weird so I'll be coming up with my own. Either in the next few chapters or in the next book... We'll have to see... Hope you enjoyed the chapter.
