Noami's POV

Get high baby roll one, cloud nine 'bout to go up
Lovin' the feelin' of the turbulence girl when we turn up
When we land we can roll out
Show ya somethin' you ain't know about
Tonight we be takin' off flight wit a camera to show out

My phone was going off. And I reached over to answer it before it woke up Tyrone.

"Hello?" I answered.

"Hey, sleeping beauty. I thought you'll be woke by now." Ja'Von said into the phone.

"I know, I just don't feel good." I said.

"Are you lying? Or you just don't wanna go to work?" he asked.

"Haha, I just don't wanna go to work." I said laughing and confessing.

"At least you're honest but who's going to care for your son?" he asked.

"Okay okay, I'm up." I said getting out the bed.

"Good. See you later."

"See you later." I said hanging up.

I went to take a shower and do my hygiene thing. I put on a pair of red leggings and a black tee shirt with my black Nike's. I threw my hair in a bun and went to the kitchen and fixed Tyrone a bottle.

"You looked drained." Destiny said coming in.

"Well, thanks." I said sarcastically.

"Just being honest."

"I know, well here's his bottle. He's sleeping in a little late as you can see and I'm already late." I said grabbing my phone and purse.

I left and went to work. When I walked in my partner Stacy was already there dancing with the kids.

"Hey Ms. Noami." the kids said.

"Hi."

"Hey Noami, I got it today but there's paperwork that needs to be done and there's something waiting for you in your office." she said smiling.

"Okay."

I looked at the kids and Kadejah was smiling too. I went in my office and found a big bouquet of roses laid on my desk with a teddy bear. I looked in the roses and there was a letter.

'Don't let others bring you done, you're too beautiful.' - Ja'Von.

To was so cute it made me blush. I smelled them and began to file the paperwork.

*hours later*

When I walked outside and the black escalade was right by the doorway with Ja'Von leaning on it.

"Haha, may I help you?" I asked laughing.

"I see you got my flowers." he said.

"Yes, I did. It was sweet of you." I said.

"I try but I just wanted to make your day and tell you I be there in about two hours."

"Thanks, for giving me enough time to get ready."

"You're always beautiful, even in your work clothes." he said.

I just started blushing.

"Even with that blush face."

"Kadejah wants to go home, Mr. Corny." I said.

"Alright. See you in a while." he said.

"Okay."
