Diamond's POV

I didn't go home for Thanksgiving but my auntie did. I woke up and got dress. Then I went into Kalen's room to wake him up for a little surprise.

"K.J. it's time to get up." I said getting him out the bed.

"Five more minutes." he said.

"Haha, no, mommy got a surprise for you." I said.

He wiped his eyes and looked up. Then he ran into KD's arm. KD flew in this morning, because he ain't get to see him for Thanksgiving.

"Hey daddy." he said smiling.

"Wow, daddy doesn't say anything but he gets a 'hey daddy' and mommy doesn't even get a 'good morning'." I said.

"Good morning mommy." he said hugging me.

"Well, mommy's about to go out for a minute. Then mommy and daddy going to take you to basketball practice."

"Okay."

"I love you. Gimme a kiss." I said.

"I love you too." he said after kissing me on the cheek.

"Y'all play nice." I said leaving.

I left and picked up some more pregnancy tests, then went to my job. I sat in the car and debated if I wanted to tell him or not.

I looked up to see him kissing Shay, another worker.

I got out the car and walked up to them. Then crossed my arms. And she walked away.

"Hey Diamond." he said.

"Wassup. Can I talk to you?" I asked.

"Actually, I have an appointment."

"With Shay?"

"Diamond, calm yo little axs down. We were just talking and she kissed me."

"Promise." I said holding out my pinky.

"Promise, baby girl. You're the only one I'm fcken with." he said bringing me into a hug.

"Okay Rodney, but I really need to talk to you." I said.

"I've got five minutes. But Diamond I really need to be there." he said.

"Fine, later then."

"Lunch." he said looking at me with seductive eyes.

"Sorry but I'm taking Kalen to basketball practice with KD." I said.

"He's in town?"

"Yeah. And you better be getting to that meeting. I'll call you and see if you when you're free." I said.

"Okay then. And be ready for me to tear that axs up." he said.

I walked off and thought in my head that, that won't be happening for a while. I arrived back at the house and the boys were loading up in the car.

Then I jumped in and we left. Kalen was shooting the ball and KD and I were sitting on the couch.

"So, are you pregnant?" he came out and asked.

"What?"

"Diamond, you've been pregnant before and that was with my baby. You had the exact same face when you was trying to tell me."

"Yeah but you're the reason I'm terrified to tell him." I said.

"Yeah, I know. And I really sorry about that. But you gave me a gift and I'm thankful for that."
