When I woke up this morning, I was thinking should or should I not go back. I was really not ready to face him or anyone else for that matter. My life is happy the way it is and I don't wanna ruin it. But it's my mom's wedding, I would want her to come to mines.

"Noami?" Destiny said walking in.

"Yeah."

"Why are you up so early?"

"Just thinking, I forgot all about the wedding and the wedding rehearsals this weekend." I said.

"What, this weekend? Meaning tomorrow?" she asked.

"Yeah, I'm debating on if I should go but I know imma go because its my mother's wedding. But I'm just not ready." I admitted.

"Meaning, you're not ready to face Tray?" she asked.

"Yep, that's it."

"Well, you'll probably only have to face him after the wedding."

"Yeah, but there's just one problem. If someone sees me, they're going to tell Tray and he'll be at my house in 2.5 seconds." I said making her laugh

"Don't worry about all that. You'll have to face him one point in time so why not now. I mean its better he meets Tyrone now than when he's one or older." she said.

"You're right."

"Besides, I'll even go with you."

"Well, of course. Who else do I trust to watch after Tyrone?" I asked.

"Plus, I get to see my boo again." she said referring to my brother.

"Okay, ewe."

I went in my room and started to pack. I was almost finished until Tyrone woke up.

"Good morning." I said picking him up.

I fixed him a bottle and laid him in his bouncer in the room as I continued to pack.

"You're going to meet Momo Brenda today." I said to him.

Then he started giggling and laughing.

"Does that make my fat man happy?" I said tickling him.

He was finished with his bottle and I wiped him off and got him dressed. I put him on a Polo button outfit and his jean bucket hat with his white strapped shoes. Then I took a quick wash off and did my hygiene thing and got dressed.

I dressed in a long gray dress with my white and gold sandals. Then I put on my gold MK watch and some gold studs and curled my hair. Tyrone was climbing up on the door as I came out the bathroom.

"Is my fat man ready to go?" I asked picking him up.

"Hey, need any help?" Destiny asked sarcastically.

"Now you know I need help." I said laughing.

We gathered our stuff and most on Tyrone's things and started on our way to hell.

hours later.

We pulled up in my mom's driveway. I killed the car and just sat there for a minute.

"Are you okay?" Destiny asked.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I said starting to cry.

"Don't cry, everything's going to be fine." she said wiping my face and bringing me into a hug.

"Hey, don't let them or even your baby daddy take away your happiness. You have grown to love yourself and have gotten to know yourself. You even have a beautiful baby boy that gets upset when mommy's upset." she said wiping my face again.
