KING'S POV:

Napansin ko ang isang dalaga sa di kalayuan. Nakatingin siya sa kawalan. Malayang inililipad ng hangin ang kanyang may kahabaang buhok.

She's wearing a red silk sleeveless dress. Hindi ba siya nilalamig?

Hindi ko namalayan na nakalapit na pala ako sa kanya. Siguro out of curiousity dahil kaming dalawa lang ang naririto maliban sa mga batang nagbabatuhan ng snow balls sa di kalayuan.

"Hi." I said, trying to start a conversation with her.

But the moment she turned her head on me ay sabay ring inilipad ng hangin ang mga nakatabing na buhok sa mukha niya.Damn!!!

"N-no way!" I uttered in disbelief.

Sabay kaming nanglaki ang mga mata, it's impossible but the way she reacts right now. Realization hits my head. But how? W-why? Why didn't I notice their similarities earlier? The way it flatters me when she calls me monster, the way she smile plus her actions. It was exactly the same. The way she raise her brows every time she's irritated. Damn!! It was all the same. I was blinded by the color of her eyes but the evidence is crystal clear in front of me now. All this time she's just in front of me. All this time, she's been hiding behind those eyes.

"L-Lhez?" She finally talked. Her voice, it's really her.

"Fr- Me- Be-." Damn! Ginulo ko ang buhok ko. What shall I call her? I'm so confused. Of all the woman in this world, si Melody Cruz at si Beast ay iisa? What the f*ck is happening? A Melody Cruz who have no records of being overseas?

"Call me beast okay?" Seryoso niyang sabi. Ni hindi man lang mababakasan ng kahit na konting kasiglahan ang kanyang mga mata.

Her voice. They're the same. But her eyes. Her eyes, differs. It is beast's color of eyes.

I hugged her tight. This woman. I miss her so much. Damn!!! I can't stop myself from touching her. I caressed her back like as if there's no tomorrow. I also felt her hands behind me.

"Damn!! I missed you." I murmured.

Ngunit isang mahinang hikbi ang narinig ko mula sa kanya. Why? Why is she in pain? The sadness is too visible on those eyes a while ago. Same sadness that I saw few years ago. There is no light. It's full of pain.

"Why?" I asked her the moment we set apart but I grabbed her hand and hold it. Ayaw ko nang mawalay pa siya ulit sa piling ko. It's cold. Sh*t! I forgot.

"Wear this." Agad kong hinubad ang jacket na suot ko at itinaklop sa kanya. Tss. It's snowing yet she chose to wear that thin dress.

Hindi parin siya nagsasalita.

"Tell me what happened please." Titig na titig ako sa mga mata niyang punong-puno ng pasakit. Tears started to fall from her eyes again. So I pulled her again and hug her tight. I can't bear seeing how vulnerable she right now.

DIANNE's POV:

Three weeks had passed mula nung nawala si Queen. Nakakainis dahil hindi man lang namin siya madamayan sa kanyang dinaramdam. Kung tutuusin ay gugustuhin ko na lang na huwag nang bumalik pa ang mga ala-ala niya.

I may not know what happened few years back then but I perfectly understand how tragic that event is.

"Besty, anu iniisip mo?" Nakangiting bungad sa akin ni Sofhie ngunit mababakas mo parin sa mga mata niya ang labis na pangungulila sa lider ng gang namin.
