I raised my head slowly to see who is making the sound and why it is so .............familiar.

But i cant see anything. Again the same scream came.
I swiveled around slowly to check the presence of any zeds.
After confirming there is none i took the axe that i found under the truck's seat.
I opened the door slowly which made some creaking sound.

I gulped visibly thinking what will happen if i get caught by any of them.
I shook my thoughts and took my steps cautiously.
Again i heard the screaming coming from left side.

I turned around adjusting to the darkness around me.
I walked towards the direction keeping the axe to my head level.
A sudden movement caught my eyes.
I saw silhouette of more than five of them.

They are surrounding the car from where a scream escaped again i have been following.
Now i can understand they are not normal persons ,they are the freaking zeds.
They are pounding on the car from every directions.
I squinted to see who is inside the car.

oh my god......Teena .

What she is doing here?

I started to walk fast towards the car. Smell of blood flesh and decay caught me off guard making me gag.
One zed turned towards me on hearing me. It sniffed the air like animal before finding me. Damn that's creepy.

It charged towards me with grunt.
I swing my axe and stroked the freak .
Its skull opened with a crunch sound.

"Merlin!!!" Teena screamed on seeing me trying to open the door .

"Don't open the door. Stay inside" I warned ducking the zed that charged at me.

"No don't come. Go away. Dont risk your life for me" She screamed waving her hand like maniac. What the fuck is she doing here?  Sigh seeing at night?  Idiot.

"Shut up" I screamed making her shut up.

The zed which fell down stood up jerkily grunting.

Another one with missing arms and dripping blood is still gnawing at the Teena's car window. Recently killed I see.
I rushed towards the car to retrieve her.

Another one stood in between me and the car.

"Brainless idiots" I muttered under my breathe swinging the axe at it.
I crushed the armless zed entering the car.

I eased my breathe inhaling and exhaling. I turn towards her with blazing eyes.

"What do you think by come here?" I yelled at her banging the car headboard which made Teena startle and let out a squeak. Well I don't feel bad.

She looked at me with wide eyes.

"I--am s----orr--y" She whispered not meeting my eyes.

"What?" I yelled again losing my patience against her and the pounding headache.

"I came to ask sorry for the way i talked ok" She said looking outside the car where i saw four more freaks approaching us.

I pulled my hair in frustration.

"Are you idiot?you--- you came to ask sorry. Idiot--idiot" I yelled at her swiping my hand left and right making her look at me like iam some crazy creature.

How she can be this much idiot?

"How did you find me?" I asked her calming down.

"I have been following after you left us. I know i behaved like selfish. Iam sorry" She said with tears in her eyes.

"You followed me?How?" I asked wondering how i havent noticed her following.

"Umm i stole this car from Jack with help of Ethan" she explained sheepishly.
