Kyungsoo had long, hard day at University, very stressful. Not to mention he stayed later than he wanted to at the library, trying to squeeze in some more time for studying for exams that begin tomorrow. Unfortunately, he'll probably be to tired to remember anything he just reviewed. He'd probably be distracted by that Jongin kid anyway, he'd be too busy looking at his beautiful face from across the room, it's all he's been able to do because he's to shy to talk to anyone but the few friends he had.
He decided to take a shortcut through an alley way to save time and to lessen the worries of his parents. It's already twenty minutes past 10:00, the time he's supposed to arrive home. Walking quietly, he saw two people talking in the distance, slightly scared, becuase that's his nature, he hid behind a tree, trying not to make a sound. He heard muffled screams, and when he peeked, he saw something rather horrifying and disturbing. Something you'd only see in Tv shows, something no one should ever have to see, especially someone as innocent as Do Kyungsoo. He watched as one stabbed the other multiple times in the abdomen, jabbing the knife in and out swiftly. He gasped loudly and covered his mouth when he saw the figure turn to face him, then ran in his direction. Fear over tool his body, making him incapable of moving, tears ran down his cheeks as the man got closer and closer, until he was standing in front of him. Kyungsoo threw his hands in front of his eyes so he wasn't able to see as the man stabbed him, which he assumed is what would happen now that he's a witness.
"Please.. Please don't kill me, I.. I'm only young." Kyungsoo pleaded in between cries.
Kyungsoo was a remarkable person, high grades, kind heart and a lovable personality. Kyungsoo didn't have many friends, because the friends he has was all he needed. He tried his best to be a good person, he gave so much and expected nothing in return, he didn't deserve this. He didn't deserve to die so brutally at such a young age, he had everything planned out. He would get his minors in art, then go to a real University and study to be a part of the FBI, then he would work long enough to pay for a nice vacation for his parents, then focus on his own future. But suddenly, he heard the man start to laugh hysterically, when he removed his hands form over his eyes and saw someone to familier, someone he saw almost everyday, someone he has been waiting to talk to for years... Well, three years. Kim Jongin.
"Foolish Kid." He says, smirking.
He was left speechless, did he just watch Jongin kill someone? Did he just commit murder, in front of his very eyes? Jongin found the fact that his peer was crying quite amusing. Jongin is an organized criminal, kills for a reason, targets people, certainly not someone like Kyungsoo. Jongin wasn't worried about Kyungsoo saying anything, he didn't have to worry, if this kid was smart, he would keep it to himself, as simple as that. Not only that, who would beleive a paranoid teenager who seems delirious? It would more likely be drugs interfering with reality. Kyungsoo was finally able to contain himself, he was finally able to look Jongin in the eye. When their eyes locked, he saw lonelyness, his eyes gave an ice cold stare, as if he had no emotion.
"Di...Did you just-"
"Oh don't get your panties in a knot, you know what you saw, and if you're as smart as you look, you'll do the right thing."
Kyungsoo gave a confusing stare, why was he not panicking about the fact that someone watched him murder another man?
"Kyungsoo, right? We share the same schedule I beleive."
He simply nodded, scared to speak, even still scared to move. His eyes have witnessed pure evil, nothing can change this, nothing can purify his mind. How can Jongin be so calm, be so relaxed.
"Let me walk you home, it's dangerous out here at night you know, you shouldn't be outside so late."
Kyungsoo, once again, nodded and began slowly walking, scared that the other would harm him if he didn't do as he asked. Kyungsoo was well aware how dangerous it is at night, considering he just watched someone die right before his eyes. The night wasn't the thing to be feared, it was Jongin himself. Unable to speak, kyungsoo listened to the sound of breathing. He noticed how they were now walking on his street, almost to his house. Does Jongin know where he lives? Kyungsoo hasn't been paying attention, but somehow they managed to get in front of his house. He stopped to look at the man cautiously, and then began wondering how there wasn't a spec of blood on him.
"Why are you staring?"
"Did you know where I live?"
"I moved on this same street last week, I noticed walking from your house a couple times."
How did he not notice his crush (criminal.) living in the same street, he always considered himself attentive, but now not so much.
"Thanks, bye."
Kyungsoo ran up his driveway and barged in his house. The lights were all off, not a soul to be found. He slowly made his way to his room, trying not to make much noise. He layed himself down, hoping that when he woke up, this would all have been one crazy dream.

Kyungsoo woke up earlier than usual, hoping to get to the university library to squeeze in some more studying. His parents didn't seem to mention anything about him being late the night before, but they knew they had nothing to worry about their son, Kyungsoo was perfect, he wouldn't do anything he wasn't supposed to, and he sure didn't want to bring up last night. He was able to convince himself that it was a nightmare, but regardless, it was horrifying, but oddly, not scary. Maybe it's because all of the strange movies he watches, or because he himself would hopefully be dealing with that stuff as he got older. No, he wasn't planning on killing, but he's always had an interest in the FBI, it's something that he's wanted to be since he was young, or maybe it was just influenced by his dad. Yeah, that. But he did have an interest somewhat. Probably because of the fact that his father was apart of the FBI before retiring. His father wasn't old, just tired and he made enough money over the years that it payed off being retired early.
As he got closer and closer to the 'school' yard, he felt as if he was being followed, but how would he be able to look back without making it entirely obvious? Kyungsoo ran, but still had the feeling of another presence, he took a turn into the woods that lead to the back of his school hoping to lose whoever was following him, but it didn't seem to work. He slowly turned around to see a sexy Jongin, slumping on a tree like nothing was going on,
"Why are you following me?"
"What? I can't make sure that you're okay?"
Why would Jongin care, he's never talked to him a day in his life.
"I'm fine." KKyungsoo said bitterly.
"How did you sleep last night?"
Jongin said devilishly, teasing Kyungsoo. So it really wasn't a dream. Kyungsoo watched his classmate murder someone. Jongin deprived him of his family, of his life, of the chance of ever being successful, he took that all away the moment he stabbed him. Jongin approached the other, keeping the gaze,
"You know, you look like you've seen a ghost. Actually, you yourself look a ghost, you're quite pale."
Why was he doing this, making Kyungsoo weak and scared all at once, why were his eyes so captivating, and why was his voice so hypnotising? It was painful, he was torn between jumping all over this man and running for his life. But the cowered side of Kyungsoo took over, and before he knew it, he was running fast, faster than he knew he could go.
When he finally arrived at school, he made his way to his friends, but the entire time they spoke, Kyungsoo wasn't able to make eye contact with anyone.
"Hey, Kyung. Everything okay?"
No, everything wasn't okay, but of course that's not what he told them.
"Just nervous."
That wasn't a lie, although he was completely ready for the exams to start, his first class was shared with Jongin, being in the same room as that man wasn't what scared him, what really scared him was his feelings, although he whitenessed murder, his feelings for Jongin haven't changed. The bell rang and Kyungsoo walked as slow as he could to class, not wanting to be late, but not wanting to face Jongin.
