"Silas." I breathed out, my chest rapidly rising up and down.
I held onto his arm in a deathgrip as he trailed open-kisses down my neck, setting off fireworks the further he went. His large hands were all over me before one slipped under my satin shirt, travelling up and squeezing my breast.
I pressed him closer towards me, my arms now around his neck, nails dug into his shoulders. His bulge was cushioned between our bodies and I raised myself to have some type of friction. Desperate. Too desperate.
"So fucking beautiful, hmm..." he groaned, nipping at my ear.
I almost flinched at the honest affection in this moment. He hadn't even realised the rawness he kept slipping up– He was truly losing control. But I was too. Far gone. There was no time to analyse any of his actions.
This was just so good. But so bad. That was the addictive effect, this crossing into forbidden territory. Not teetering on the line but a full-force break-in, without thinking of the consequences. Very bad.
He held my face in his two hands, kissing me roughly. It was like he was trying to take my all away. My sanity, my soul, my breath...I could not think straight.
His tongue explored my mouth and I dirtily sucked at him, our teeth clashing. Wet. Open.
All of a sudden he removed his lips from me and turned his head at the door. It was only then that I heard the frantic knocking.
My eyes widened, my awareness of us in his office returning back to me. My gaze switched to Silas, glancing downwards to his swollen lips. They were pinker than usual, a vibrant dark pink. This was getting too dangerous.
His eyebrows were furrowed like he was irritated at the sound. "What?!"
Yasmin's stressed voice sounded out through the door in a rapid raffle. I straightened my back immediately as I heard the importance laced in her words.
"Some woman called through reception demanding for you and kept calling even when I declined." She sounded out of breath. Different from mine. "She started shouting– And I connected her through Julian since he was available. But he told me to tell you to get ready?"
Silas seemed to know exactly what that entailed. Personal.
A woman demanding for him? Before jealousy had the chance to escape, his expression countered and replaced my questions.
His annoyance transformed into something deeper, his lips pressing in a hard line. The glare in his eyes was not aimed at me but he looked scary right now. A muscle in his jaw twitched. "Got it."
Once I heard her walk away, I finally stepped away from Silas before he did it first. This was my clear cue to leave. My movement caught his eye and he watched me walk towards the door.
