The next two weeks Melody and Harry fell into a routine. One of them would end up spending the night at the others home, they would wake up and get coffee together. At the coffee shop Melody would rush to finish her assignments and Harry would tell her 'I told you so' and Melody would tell him to shut up only to ask him for the answer to a question.

Once they were done with their coffee, Harry would insist that they walked to class together so she would get to experience what it was like being on time. She would usually deny, but today she didn't for some reason (but still managed to be late somehow).

Then after they both had their uni classes, Harry would usually go see Jen, and Melody would go hang out with her other friends. Harry would usually get back to his apartment around eight but Melody being Melody would stay out as late as she could. Their night would usually end with one of them showing up at the other door at two or later in the morning. And tonight it was Melody at Harry's place.

"So my friend, Kate-- you remember Kate right? Why does it even matter anyways, she asked about you." Melody said as she stirred honey into her already sweet tea.

Harry's eyebrows raised. "What did she ask?"

"Why we were hanging out together all of the sudden. I think she thinks we're dating." She looked up into his eyes. "But we're not dating."

But who was Melody to lie to herself, within her time of knowing this boy she may have caught just a little bit of feelings for him. They weren't major or anything, but even if they were she couldn't do anything about it, because he has Jen.

"We're not dating." Harry confirms with her. "Speaking of which, do you like anyone?" He asked, wiggling his eyebrows up and down. Melody just rolled her eyes at him.

"No, I'm not really into anyone at the moment." Harry just sighed because he wouldn't be getting any dirt about her love life even though he had no idea he was part of it.

They ended up staying up till three, just laying on his bed talking about anything and everything. By end of their conversation it was three-fourteen in the morning and Melody had finally convinced Harry she would make a better president than him. But he mainly just agreed so that she would finally go to sleep because she was obviously tired but refused to sleep until he agreed.

It was only until he knew she was asleep he would allow himself to sleep as well. He didn't know much about how her fear worked but he didn't want to take his chances either. He had know idea if she would still get no sleep if he dozed off before her, and he was there to help her after all, so he waited.

It was eight-thirty when Harry's alarm clock started blaring, waking them both up. He had to untangle his limbs from hers to turn off the clock. But when he removed his arms from around her body, she just latched her arms a little bit tighter around his torso.

By Melody doing this, she practically refused to get up or unlatch herself from his body until his raspy voice woke her up, acting as her real alarm clock. He knew this by now, but in the morning, Harry usually couldn't bring himself to talk for a solid hour. But for her he would say a thousand words right when he woke up.

"Good morning, Melody." He said, stretching as much as he could with a 5'4" girl wrapped around him. She smiled at his morning voice (which she didn't know if she found more cute or hot). Finally releasing him from her grasp, she moved a few inches away from him as they both just looked up at the ceiling.

"I don't want to go to uni today, I didn't finish any of my assignments."

He looked over at her with a heart melting smile. "Shocker." Melody playfully hit his arm in return, even though there was a smile on her face.

Harry was about to say something but his bedroom door opening interrupted him. Suddenly both of their eyes widened, and they both sat up and neither could remember how tired they just were because Jen was standing in front of them.

Even though he hadn't cheated on her or anything, all three of them standing in the room knew how it looked. Jen shook her head before she started heading out of his apartment, Harry of course following behind her, asking her to stop.

Melody didn't really know what to do, she had never been in this type of position. So she just stayed in his room, on his bed. Then the thought dawned her, what if Harry hated her for this, for potentially ruining one of his relationships. This thought scared her for nine very long minutes until Harry walked back inside his room and sat beside her.

He wasn't saying anything so Melody decided to break the silence. "Do you hate me? Because I understand if you do." Harry looked at her before letting out a small chuckle.

"No, I don't hate you." He said with his green eyes on her hazel ones, with a sincere smile.

"So you guys didn't break up?"

"No, we did. She let me explain to her that it really wasn't what it looked like. She believed me but still broke up with me, she said she didn't want to have to deal with it in the future. So basically she thinks that in the future I would cheat on her."

"Oh my God, Harry, I'm so sorry." Melody said, moving closer to him to comfort him.

"It's okay, I mean she was keeping me from doing something I've really wanted to do for a bit now." Melody's eyebrows furrowed.

"What?"

And as an answer, Harry did the last thing Melody was expecting at 8:44 in the morning and placed his lips onto hers.
