The city boomed. Their clash echoed, as their blows were felt through the city. Battra and Godzilla were beating each other bloody, the former finding enjoyment, while the latter was putting his all. Godzilla bit Battra's forearm, only to be slashed across the face by her other hand, which she straightened like a knife. Releasing the limb, he was blasted into submission by Battra with her prism beams, which burnt away scales and flesh, scattering across the city. With an agonized cry of pain, Godzilla knelt before being clotheslined by Battra.
With a thud, he was on his back, and nearly had his skull caved in by Battra's heel, but turned his head and hit her with a quick blast of atomic breath to the face. Getting up, he groaned as the wound in his stomach screamed, cauterized by Battra's earlier beam-spam. Turning around, he was promptly grabbed and slammed back into the ground by Battra, who sneered at him.
"Pathetic," She taunted, squeezing Godzilla's mouth with a crushing grip. She only stopped when she was bombarded from the side by the Gotengo. With an unimpressed scowl, her eyes flashed purple, and the prism beams went right through the hull, but the ship remained airborne and pestered her. With a second wind, Godzilla forced himself up, seizing Battra's arm and prying it off as well, then hitting her across the face with a punch.
Spittle flew, and Battra licked her bottom lip, tasting her blood.
"Good. I thought you were holding out on me before," She mused, before darting at Godzilla, outpacing him, and kicking him in the back of the head, making him stagger into a building. With a crash, he tried getting up before Battra drop-kicked him in the small of the back.

Godzilla howled in pain, thinking his spine might snap with the force, but he fell through the building instead, and onto his stomach again. Growling, he lashed his tail and managed to smack Battra, then spun around for a backhand, then slashed her collar with his claws. With a hiss of pain, she kept back, but had to put her arms up to guard from his atomic breath. With some distance, Godzilla caught his breath before flanking Battra as she tried hitting him with her prism beams, only being grazed on the tail. Godzilla saw brute force wasn't working well in his favor, nor was using his atomic breath. Grabbing a small building, he ripped it from its foundations and threw it over the others at Battra, who swatted it away like a fly. Now was his moment. Running around the buildings, Godzilla tackled Battra and bulldozed through several building a whilst in a full sprint. The psychic magnifier was going haywire now, and eventually was dislodged, making his head clearer. But he was thrown off Battra.
He could see the sky now, and when he looked up, he saw the floor. In an instant, Battra managed to throw him over her head, and with both heels driving into his chest, she speared him into the ground, cracking his sternum. Blood gushed from Godzilla as a choked scream of pain came out of him.

Battra stood over Godzilla, patiently waiting to see if the monster would get up. His breath wheezed, and his head was lulled to the side, with a cough of blood staining the ground. She smirked and stepped off Godzilla, who wheezed.
"Good~, you're still breathing. Though, you're in no condition to continue to fight," Battra said, nudging him with her foot. "I'll leave you to either come back stronger or die here. I hope it's the former, as all that power going to waste would be such a shame."

The Gotego fired again, and Battra swatted the missiles away before downing the aerial ship with a blast of her prism beams, nearly cutting it in half the second time. When it crashed to the ground, Battra turned back down to Godzilla, who glared at her.
"See you around." She said before taking flight.

He watched her fleeting form as it soon disappeared into the sky, and his eyes felt heavy. He tried not to shut them, but soon saw three fuzzy figures that seemed partially familiar surround him before he passed out.

Gojiran got herself up, groaning softly. There was a concerned look on her face as she looked down, contemplating. From where she was, she could still sense Godzilla and Battra, and their clash. She knew it had fallen to the dark moth when Gojiran had expected it would at least have stopped her.
She turned to Mothra. She was looking better, but still breathing softly.
'It'll be some time for her to fully heal. And I'll need her to face Battra.' Gojiran thought, her tail flicking antsily. 'I hope the others stay safe.'

"And how is she coming along?~" A voice swooned through the room. Gidrah's.
Gigan groaned, cradling the little Gojiran Jr, who played with the cyborg's finger.
"She's fine, Gidrah. Made sure she's fed and happy. Even at the cost of mine." She muttered that second face under her breath. The little scratch Gigan had caused had healed slightly.
"I meant the other one," Gidrah said, pointing at the crystal growth, which was slowly morphing into a recognizable shape of Gojiran. Different, but not if you squinted REALLY hard.

"She is coming around incredibly as well," Megalon said. "Her energy readings are endless, and she seems to be absorbing the ambient energy around her. I even needed to divert some power to sustain her growth."
"So, she's like a little black hole of energy?" Gidrah mused, putting her hands on the glass. "I assume I can give her a little more."

Her gravity beams crackled in her hands, before Gidrah conducted the energy in, and as expected, it was pulled to the creature inside, which grew rapidly with the surge of power.
"How long do you predict it'll take now?" Gidrah said, pulling her hands away.
"Well... in a few days, now," Megalon said, a little uneasy.
   "Perfect.~"
