Chapter 38

"Heyyyy" Elizabeth yelled as she opened the door. 

"Hi mom" said Nash and Hayes.

"Hello Elizabeth" said cam and I.

She greeted Nash cam and Hayes with a hug.

Then she looked at me.
She hugged me and let go of me then she looked down at my stomach. 
She quickly looked away and sighed.

She walked inside and the rest of us followed with Hayes leading, Nash behind him , and cam and I in the back.

I looked at cam in fear. I could tell he saw what Elizabeth did.
He looked back at me and shrugged.

We all went to the living room and sat on the couches. Elizabeth went to sky's room to tell her to come downstairs.

I sat next to Hayes and placed my hand on his thigh. He put his arm around me and kissed my cheek.
I lightly smiled then my smile quickly faded.
"What's wrong" he asked me worried

"Nothing" i said not looking at him. 

"Hazel not now" he said in disappointment. 

"Hayes your mom doesn't like me" I rolled my eyes. "She's not okay with the baby." I told him while facing him.

"Yes she is" he assured me

"Did you see the look she gave me outside?" I asked him. 
He looked down and the ground and I turned my attention to Elizabeth and sky walking down the stairs.

"HEYY" yelled sky.

We all greeted her and she came and sat down on the recliner.

There was a moment of silence till Hayes broke it.
"Mom are you okay with Hazel and I having this baby". He said strongly while still looking at the ground.

Elizabeth gulped and looked at Hayes. But she wouldn't dare to lay her eyes on me.

"Of course I am" she lied.

"Mom tell the truth" Hayes said back with his voice breaking. I looked down at Hayes and saw a tear roll down from his eye.

He lifted his head at looked at Elizabeth.

She shook her head no with shame.

"You told me you were okay with it" Hayes said with his voice growing strong with anger. 

"Hayes I-" she said but Hayes interrupted

"You lied to me mom!" He yelled with anger.

"She's pregnant?" Sky said while pointing at me.

Hayes looked at sky then back at Elizabeth with confusion.

"You didn't tell sky?" Asked Hayes in anger.

"Sky why don't you go upstairs" Nash said calmly.

"NO SHE STAYS" Hayes yelled while standing up.

"Hayes calm down" said Elizabeth

"YOU LIED TO ME" he yelled at Elizabeth

"Hayes stop it" Nash demanded Hayes to stop.

"I LOVE HER AND THAT BABY MORE THAN ANYTHING! I TOLD YOU TRUSTING YOU WOULD HELP ME! BUT YOU LIED!" He yelled at Elizabeth.

"Hayes please sit down" I asked him in a very calm voice.

He looked at me then looked back at Elizabeth but he didn't sit down.

"You know what Hayes" said Elizabeth while tears falling down from her face. "You are too young! You can't take care of a baby! Are you sure it's even yours?" She asked.

Oh hell no.

"What did you say?" I said while standing up.

" it might be cams or Carters you never know" she said while looking me straight in the eye.

"Woah, mrs Grier I would never do that" said cam

"You are sick Elizabeth" I spat at her.

"It's mrs. Grier to you. Now get out of my house!" She said while pointing to the door.

"Mom don't do this" Nash pleaded.

"I love you sky" Hayes told sky "Yes Hazel is pregnant and I really do love her too"

"LEAVE" yelled Elizabeth furious

"I understand." Said sky while hugging him.
She broke away from Hayes and hugged me too.

I smiled at her and a tear fell from my eye.

"GET OUT" said Elizabeth while still pointing to the door

Hayes grabbed my hand and he walked  me to the door. We walked outside and he called cab to come get us.

Once the cab came we got inside of it. Hayes looked at me and put his hands on my stomach and kissed me.
I pulled away and broke into tears.

"Shhh it's okay" Hayes said while wiping my tears.
I leaned on his chest and waited for the drive back to the hotel to be over with. 

I wanted the whole week to be over with.

I want to go back home.
