Something sticky and liquidy splattered on Mezie's face. She didn't want to open her eyes. She was scared. Scared of what she would see.

Slowly finding the courage to open her eyes, she immediately regretted it. Mike was on the ground, laying down motionless, a crowbar in his hand. Foxy was sitting on the ground, malfunctioning, several wires yanked out of their circuits, obviously pulled out by the crowbar.

Pressing her velvet fingertips to her face, she found out what was on her face. It was blood, and oil. Walking up to Foxy, her eye twitched. She LOOKED at him for a long time. She then grabbed a handful of wires and started pulling with all of her might.

Tears went down her face as she kept pulling and yanked, her fingers starting to bleed, despite the bandages on them. "I HATE YOU, FOXY, YOU'RE AN INHUMANE MONSTER!" Mezie yelled, falling back onto her legs, pulling herself painfully over toward Mike. Fearing he wouldn't have a face when she flipped him onto his back, she braced herself.

Gasping, she stared at him. A whole half of his face looked like someone burned it off. But it wasn't from the punch. A quick flashback overcame her.

Foxy's fist came straight down. It crashed into the bare ground. Mike had rolled away. He stood up, hitting the fox with a quick swoop of his crowbar. The animatronic hissed threateningly, reaching out with his hook and peeling a whole section of skin of his face off. Mike had screamed, hitting Foxy one more last time, this time in the eye.

Mezie took a deep breathe, eyes widened, tears in her ears as they slowly slid down her face. She hugged him, in relief, realizing it was only a few layers of skin, but it was still bleeding. Looking at him, after pulling back, she checked for vital signs.

Her heavy breathing subsided as she pressed her finger underneath his chin. Thmp, thmp, thmp. She practically yelled in relief. She ran over to the desk, throwing everything off in search of the bandages Foxy had used earlier. The memory sent shivers down her spine, and not good ones.

When she turned back around, Mike was making groaning sounds. She could tell her was pretty sore. I mean, hell, who wouldn't be after they had a fist and crowbar fight with a giant animatronic fox?

Bending down besides him, she wrapped the bandages around his face, after applying alcohol. He made a hissing sound, eyes shut tight in pain. "Mike, c'mon, you can do it." She said, coaxing him on as she finished up the bandages.

"Is he dead? Is he dead?" His voice was barely above a whisper. "I.. Think so... I kinda beat the hell outta' em. Or at least, some of it. He's glitching, and it's very creepy, but you're alive and that's all that matters!" Mezie said, in shock, but managing to speak. She wrapped her arms hesitantly around Mike and he hugged her back tightly, practically strangling her to death.

"Me-Mezie, what time is it?" Mike asked, opening his eye and looking around, getting accustomed to vision with one eye. Mezie stood up, holding her hand out for him. "T-hanks." He smiled a small, pained smile. He used all of Mezie's strength to pull himself up. Even then, he was whining in pain. She felt incredibly bad for him, because this was all her fault.

"It's.." She glanced over at the clock. "5:30 AM." She answered blankly, glancing at him with wide eyes. "The power is already out, so what do we do?" Mezie asked, and Mike sighed heavily. "There's a power generator, I could go turn it on.," he panted. "Umm, no. I'll go. You can't go in your condition, Mike." She narrowed her eyes. "I'll go." She said bravely, but fear was developing in her heart.

"Let me at least go with you!" Mike said, his eye determined. "Fine," she let out a long sigh. He smiled softly, leaning against the desk, his leg throbbing painfully. Mezie noticed and offered her shoulder. He nodded and leaned on her shoulder, limping roughly. She hated to see him in this condition. "Where is it?" She whispered.

He looked around, eye searching for the large white metal box. The darkness seemed to cave in on them, and Mezie was trying to see where they were going in the darkness.

Mezie suddenly spotted it. "Mike, I see it!" She whispered, letting him lean on a wall, and she slammed her hand onto the red button. The lights flickered on.

She smiled and turned to see Mike, who had a wide eye, yelling her name. Then she felt something hard slam against her head.
