Come Back ~ G.B.D [in editing]

One- New Jersey

I've been staying at this nice hotel for about 5 days now, I can see The Grove from here. The five days that I've had so far to explore, have been incredible. I love everything about this place. But somehow today I got to convince the lady at the front desk of the orphanage that I'm with my aunt in Jersey. The second thing I needed to do was find where the hell I'm going to live. I got into my Jeep and drove along Diamond Street.

I loved the first house I saw. The house was huge. It has a huge lake size pool in the back and it had a big window facing the pool. There's a balcony. There were 6 rooms. Dont know what I'd need all this for, but it makes me feel rich lol.

About a week later I received a phone call while I was laying on the hotel bed. It was my agent telling me that I had gotten the house and they were already gone if I wanted to move in today. I quickly packed all my things and loaded them into my car. By the time I had finished packing up the things from the hotel into my car, it was dark.

*knock knock*

"One minute," I said grabbing my baseball bat. Who the hell would be knocking at my door? I've only been here a week.

"Hello?" I said, opening the door slowly, still very unsure who this person was or what they wanted.

"Hi, I'm Miller! I saw that you recently moved in, and since there are only a few houses down this street, I guess we'll be seeing a lot of each other. I wanted to also be the first person to officially welcome you to this shitty-ass neighborhood." His face was very pale and other than his wide smile, his eyes were the first thing to come to my attention.

"Hi, I'm Josie Stellar. Thanks for the welcome! It's been a bit rough getting used to living alone, I've lost my entire family and ran away to New Jersey to start anew"

"So where did you run away from?" He asked. He seemed fully interested in everything I had to say.

"California, I was born there." I smiled at the boy standing in my doorway.

"Cool." As we were in conversation I think I was starting to see double. I started to get dizzy, I tried to reach for something to grab onto.

Grayson's POV

As I was talking to this girl she started to rock and then she reached out for something so I grabbed her arm. As soon as we touched she fell onto her knees and fell on her side.

Carson came rushing over to me as he was watching us from our doorway.

"Dude! What did you do!?!" He said out of breath from running over.

"Nothing I was just welcoming her to the neighborhood like I said I was going to do, she started talking about her family and life back in Cali and she just....passed out. should we call someone?"

"It's probably the heat. Let's get her inside her house. She's still breathing normally so we should stay to see if she's okay when she wakes up."

Carson picked her up and I held the door open for him and made sure there was nothing in his way as he was walking to the couch.

Josies POV

When I woke up, the two guys were sitting in the living room. Miller was on his phone next to me, anxiously chewing on his nail. The other one, who looked like Grayson but slightly different, was passed out on the carpet.

"What happened?" I said rubbing my eyes. Grayson tossed his phone next to him and slightly moved closer to me. He started to rub my knee, looking worried.

"You fainted," He tucked a hair behind my ear. "Does that happen a lot?" He moved his hand away, probably to give me space. I smiled because of how much he cared.

"Yea, it does. I have low-iron. Been to different hospitals/doctors and they all give me the same stuff that never works." I said irritated from not getting the help I need.

"Oh, okay..." Grayson stood up and started to grab his things, shaking his brother awake. "Well, please come get us if you need anything ever. please. we're like always home. You won't bother us I promise."

After we said our goodbye/goodnights, I walked them to the door and locked the main lock, still unsure about this neighborhood. I walked to my very bland room and lay on my bed, scrolling through Facebook, following Miller, then scrolling till I fell asleep, excited for what tomorrow brings.
