Hopefully Tanjiro or the others can kill the demon quickly, find Teruko's brother, and leave. This place gives her a chill down her spine.

Second Person POV
You begin to walk around a bit faster, keeping your guard up as you try to detect any demons around you, before opening a door. But when it's empty, you walk around even more and open another door. And another. And another. All empty. But even still, you furrow your eyebrows and continue moving, opening door after door after door.
When you find nothing again for the umpteenth time, you sigh, already feeling exhausted despite not having encountered any demons.
You sigh but instantly perk up when you detect a new presence. You almost smile in excitement, but it disappears as soon as it appeared, when you realized it was the presence of a demon.
You quickly take out your blade, its white metal adding an out of place shine to the area as you stand face-to-face with the demon. Its appearance was... interesting to say the least. Well, all the demons here have been quite ugly, no offense.
Before the demon could even properly register that you were there in front of it, your sword already was all the way through his neck, successfully beheading him as his head falls to the ground with a soft thud, its body also disintegrating into dust along with its head, no remnants remaining of it as you sheathe your sword and continue forward.
'Okay, at least I did something useful by killing a demon.' You think, slamming open a door, and another, and another. A literal never ending cycle of walking down hallways, slamming open doors, and the occasional killing of demons.
A cycle you most certainly hope to end.
3rd Person POV
"AIIIEEEE!!!! STAY BACK! STAY AWAY! STOP!" Zenitsu yells, his voice reaching pitches Shoichi never thought Zenitsu could reach. Zenitsu then yanks Shoichi by the hand, running away very quickly.
"AAAGH! I'M NOT AT ALL TASTY I'M SURE I HAVE A TERRIBLE AFTERTASTE! SERIOUSLY! AND THIS KID IS SO SKINNY, HE'S SURE TO BE DRY AND TASTELESS!" Zenitsu screams, his feet picking up the pace as Shoichi runs alongside him, Zenitsu's grip on his hand being firm yet not harmful.
"Heh... Heh... I won't know until I eat you!" The demon replies back, its mouth opening up to reveal a very long tongue, in which said tongue shoots forth, striking a vase nearby as Zenitsu manages to dodge, pulling himself and Shoichi out of harm's way.
"What the-?! What a fast tongue! It shattered that jug! That's insane!!" Zenitsu exclaims, clutching Shoichi tight to himself as he braces for impact as he bursts through a door.
When the pair come back to their senses, Shoichi stands up, but begins to sweat when Zenitsu doesn't stand up.
"Zenitsu! Stand up!" Shoichi says, beginning to panic when all Zenitsu does is just tremble in his hold.
"GAAAH! It's in my knees! Eighty percent of my fear is in my knees!" He shouts back, unable to stand due to his intense fear forcing him to buckle his knees.
"Leave me! Run away! Save yourself!" Zenitsu shouts, attempting to at least have the younger boy survive even if he won't make it out alive.
"I can't do that!" Shoichi exclaims back, and despite Zenitsu being a demon slayer and shriveling to the ground like this, his sympathy getting the better of him.
'I can't believe it! Even though I'm a sniveling coward! What a good kid! I've gotta at least try to save him! It'd be a shame if he never lived past an age that was a single digit! I have to do something! But I'm such a weakling! I don't have the strength to actually protect him!' Zenitsu thinks to himself with Shoichi continuing to shout, 'Stand up!' to him, but is unable to continue his thoughts as the demon shuffles towards them.
