Because of Curiosity (C.T.H.)

CHAPTER 4

Kathryn's POV

I woke up but not opening my eyes. I felt a few eyes staring at me.

"Shiloh?" I ask, "Sage?"

"Nope." someone said but it was a boy's voice.

I opened my eyes and saw 4 boys looking down at me. I jumped up a little weirded out realizing that it was Ash, Cal, Luke and Mikey.

"Whoa, dudes. Don't just come into my room while I'm asleep, Jeez." I say getting out of bed.

"Well we were only here for like," Luke looked down at his phone. "a minute or so." he said grinning.

"Okay, well, do you wanna get out?" I ask but sounding like I was angry.

"Why?" Ash said with a questioned look.

"Because I need to fucking change, idiots!" I say, laughing a little at the last part I said.

"Oh, yeah. Sorry." Ash said laughing a little.

They all got out and i went to my closet and picked out some maroon skinny jeans with holes in the knee area, a white tank top with the '5 Seconds of Summer' logo on it in navy blue (Cal got it for me.), and I curled my hair. I know it's just the boys, but it's Wednesday and we always go out shopping or eat at somewhere nice on Wednesdays, so i wanted to look good because we were going out for breakfast today. For makeup,I just put on some foundation, concealer, mascara, and eye liner, and I slipped on my favourite navy blue high top converse and headed down stairs to the living room.

"Hey, I'm ready!" I say as they all looked up from playing Fifa on our Xbox.

"Okay, just let me finish kicking Michael's ass!" Cal said laughing. His laugh was kinda cute. Wait no, Kathryn don't think that!

"Yeah right!" Michael said standing up then sitting on the sofa next to Shiloh.

"Guys!" I say, unplugging the TV. "Lets go."

"Fine," Luke said, in an angry voice but we could all tell it was fake.

Shiloh, Sage and I are riding our penny boards while Ashton and Micheal rode on their long boards. Calum and Luke just walked and talked. I noticed they were wearing about the same outfit again. They were both wearing black skinny jeans with the knee area cut out, and baseball tees with the 5SOS logo on the front, but Luke's was black and Cal's was red, and Cal was wearing a beanie and Luke was wearing a snap back.

When the girls and I get there first, we wait for the boys. Ash came first, then Micheal, then after 2 minutes, Luke and Cal were finally here.

"You guys should get a penny board or a long board, you have the money so why not?" I suggest to Luke and Cal. "we also wouldn't have to wait for you where ever we go!"

"Sure, I'll get one today with Cal." Luke says, smiling at Shiloh.

"Fine. But some one needs to teach me to long board." Cal says.

The waiter gets us a table and I order a glass of water for my drink, and so does everyone else. I ordered a chocolate banana crepe with some bacon and eggs.

"Damn, you can eat," Ash says.

I'll admit, I do love to eat, but there's nothing wrong with that, right?

"Yeah, yeah, I know." I answer.

When the food come, I noticed that they gave me some whipped cream and strawberries on the side. Yay! I love strawberries and whipped cream together! They just taste so good!

"Oh my god, Kathryn? Sage? Shiloh?" I heard a voice say, as we all look up to see who it was.

"Oh my god! Anna! How are you?" I said as Sage, Shiloh and I run up to my best friend from high school.

"I'm grea-" She said but froze staring at the boys.

"Oh yeah. Boys, Anna, Anna, Boys." I say.

"Hi." She said, blushing.

"Hey do you wanna stay with us for a bit today?" Shiloh asked.

"Yeah we could catch up on everything!" I added. "that is if you have the time?"

"Of course!" She says giving us all (the girls) a hug and she sat down between me and Micheal. The place we were at was called 'Anytime Breakfast' and it's open 24 hours a day, so now it's our hang out spot!

2 hours later

We caught up with Anna and we told her who's dating who and I saw her eyes widen when we said Micheal isn't dating anyone.

"We're back!" Luke yelled, opening the front door.

"And we got them long boards!" Ash said, running around the kitchen.

"Awesome!" I yell, Shiloh and I running towards Luke and Cal and taking their long boards "these are awesome!"

Shiloh noticed that I had grabbed Cal's long board and she started to grin at me.

"What?" I ask.

"Why did you take Cal's long board?" She asks. Oh my god, is she serious?

"Because I wanted to see what it looked liked?" I say, not sure whether she would buy it or not. But I wanted to see it cause I guess I might have a slight crush on Cal, but we're just friends.

"Dude, I know you like him!" She whispered, smiling.

"Fine, I do, but he probably doesn't even like me back." I say.

"I don't know," She says with a smirk on her face. I don't like this. "but maybe I'll ask." Oh and there's the bomb.
