"Ugh! I'm so going to kill him!" I look down the hall and see Clover bawling her eyes out.
"What did he do now?" I say in disgrace. Gosh he is a pain in the but. I don't even see why Clover liked him. Dexter was the schools player who goes around and plays with girls hearts. Many of them don't but Clover is one of a kind.
"He.." She hiccups "he broke up with me and is now going out with another girl. He will never find another girl like me." She cries even harder and I walk over and pull her into a hug.
"Isn't that the point?" I turn around and see Esmae coming towards us. I shoot her the death glare. She enjoys annoying people and is the sarcastic one with good comebacks.
"Now isn't the time Es." I warn her. She comes over to support Clover. "Let's go get some ice cream shall we?" I ask the girls. A smile hits their faces. I grab their hands and we walk down the hallway to get ice cream.
"What about Ivery and Rebecca?" I look towards Esmae. "I will go get them now, wait here!" I walk towards the library to get the other girls.
We have known each other since we were in nappies and we are basically sisters from another mother.
"Rebacca, Ivy! You coming to get ice cream?" They nod their head in approval and rush towards me.
"Ice~creamaholics!" I grin at them. I find Esmae and Clover. We all grab hands and walk to the ice cream shop that is just down the road from our school.
We arrive at the shop and we all look at the different flavours.
"I think I'm going to go with cookies and cream!" I say to the others. "Chocolate chip mint!" I look at Clover who has a big smile on her face. Ice cream never fails to cheer someone up.
"What about you Beck?" I look towards Rebecca who is thinking real hard on which flavour to get. She always takes for ever to make up her mind. "Chocolate!" She finally says. "Mint for me please!" I nod at Esmae's choice of flavour. Who doesn't love mint?
"What about you Ivy?" I look towards her. "I will have rainbow ice cream please!"
I ring the bell to let the cashier guy know we would like to order.
"How may I help you girls?" He is tall, brown hair and green eyes. What a story to tell, I fell in love with a ice cream cashier guy. He still is not for me.
"I would like one cookies and cream, one mint, one chocolate, one rainbow and one chocolate chip mint all in waffle cones please!" We all smile as he walks away to place our order.
He comes back with the ice creams and hands them to us. We all smile at the arrival of the ice cream. "That will be five dollars thanks!" I hand him five dollars from my wallet and place it in his hand.
"Have a nice day ladies!" He smiles. "Thanks!" We all say in sync.
We walk down the street back to school.
"I got twenty dollars in my pocket!" Esmae's singing always kills me, so if I don't die right now I'm very lucky. "My ears! I think I'm going to be deaf!" Ivy smirks at Esmae.
Esmae is the funny one that likes messing with people, she is also very smart. Ivy is the normal girl that gets abused by her family. She enjoys reading books and lives in the rural area. Clover's dad is an actor so her family is very rich, meaning they have a mansion in the city. Becky loves food and horses. She lives out in the country which I think is pretty cool. I'm Avril. I live near the beach and I love fishing. I have a very loving family. We are all nerds and bookworms and love reading.
"Hey beck!" I look over to Rebecca who is shoving her ice cream in her mouth. Pig. "Yea." We all laugh at her craziness. "Calm down with the ice cream dude! It's just ice cream!"
