Clary's POV
I pick up my baby girl and run. I run back to my house and past my best friend Clarke. I run into the house. Clarke comes in from outside.
"Clary what's wrong?" Clarke asks.
"I saw Jace, Alec, and Isabelle," I say.
"Did they see you or your daughter?"
"I don't think so," I say.
"Good," Clarke says. Just then the doorbell rings. I get up and hand my child to Clarke. I go open the door then slam it. I grab my daughter and run upstairs. Clarke answers the door.
"Where is she?" I hear Jace ask.
"Who?" Clarke asks.
"Clary," Jace says.
"I don't know a Clary," Clarke says. I decide to send Isabelle a text.
Come upstairs but only you.
"Where is the restroom?"
"Upstairs," Clarke says. Isabelle thanks her and comes up. She sees my door open a little and I wave my hand. She comes in and I give her a hug.
"I have something to show you," I tell her. I take her over to the other side of the room. She looks at my child and gasps. I pick my baby girl up.
"You can hold her if you want Iz," I say.
Isabelle nods and takes the child. Isabelle opens her mouth to say something when the door bursts open. Clarke rushes in and takes my baby into the closet. Jace and Alec come in right after. I motion for Alec to come over. He comes over and I give him a hug. A cry comes from the closet and I rush in there. I calm my baby down and the door flies open revealing Jace and Alec. They gasp and Alec comes over to me.
"Is she yours?" Alec whispers in my ear. I nod and he smiles. We go out of the closet and I let Alec hold her. Jace then tries to give me a hug but I punch him and push him away.
"WHAT MAKES YOU THINK YOU DESERVE A HUG?" I shout.
"Clary I'm sorry," Jace whispers.
"YOU DON'T DESERVE TO BE SORRY YOU CHEATED ON ME!" I shout making Alec and Isabelle gasp.
I take my baby and run to Clarke's room. I hear Isabelle yell at Jace and then footsteps. Clarke, Isabelle, and Alec come into the room. They sit down beside me.
"What's her name?" Isabelle asks.
"Avyanna Isabelle Morgenstern," I say.
"Can I hold her again?" Isabelle asks. I nod and hand Avyanna to Isabelle.
"My mom?" I ask.
"She is worried about you," Alec says.
"Alec can you go tell her I am living with my cousin Clarke?"
"I will," Alec says.
"Take Jace too," Clarke says. Alec nods and gets up. He leaves the room and goes to get Jace. I can hear Alec telling Jace that they are leaving. I hear them leave.
"Where's Jay?" I ask.
"He is getting groceries," Clarke says.
"Who is Avyanna's father?" Isabelle asks.
"Jace," I say. Isabelle nods and I notice Avyanna has fallen asleep.
I take her to the nursery and set her in the crib. I explain to Isabelle that Avyanna is only a year old.
