Clary's POV
"Are you mad at me?" Jonathan asks me.
"I am now," I say.
"Sorry I will leave you two alone," he says as he slowly backs out of the room.
I wait until he is out of the room before turning to look at Jace. I burst out laughing making Jace chuckle.
When we stop laughing Jace wraps his arms around me.
Avy's POV (this is going to be her thoughts with very little dialogue)
I see Uncle Jon back out of Mommy's room. When he leaves I wobble over to the door and peek in.
That's when I hear one of my favorite sounds in the world. Mommy is laughing. I hear Daddy start to chuckle. It gets quiet and I see Daddy put his arms around Mommy. I smile as I watch my mommy and daddy.
The moment is ruined by someone picking me up. I am carried back to my room. When we get back to my room I see that it was Aunt Izzy who picked me up.
"I know that it is fun to watch your parents but you need to get some sleep," Aunt Izzy tells me.
A few weeks later
Clary's POV
I look up at Izzy and smile. I show her the results. She screams and I hear knocking on the door. I hide what I am holding before answering the door.
"Hey Jace," I say.
"Is everything alright? I heard screaming," he says.
"Yeah everything is perfect," I say, "I am going shopping with Izzy and she go excited."
He nods before leaving the room. My baby girl comes wobbling into the room.
"Momma shopping?" She asks me and I sigh knowing that I will have to go shopping now.
"Yes Baby," I say looking at Izzy, "me, you, Izzy, and Clarke are going to go shopping today."
"Yay," she says before wobbling out of the room.
"Aunt Cwarke," I hear her say, "we going shopping."
I hear Clarke laugh.
"Did Mommy agree to go shopping?"
"Mommy told Daddy we going shopping," Avy tells her and Izzy laughs.
"Shush you," I tell Izzy making her laugh harder.
After we spend hours shopping we stop at the park. I set everything up and have Clarke take a picture. The picture is of Avy holding a teddy bear while I am holding a sign. We stop and get the picture printed out before going back to the institute. I send a text to my mom and Luke asking them to come to the institute.
Izzy sends me and Avy to the library and goes to get everyone else.
"Momma what happen?"
"You will see in a few minutes," I say as everyone walks in.
I wait until they are all sitting down before having Avy hand Jace the picture.
Jace's POV
"Daddy take," Avy says as she hands me a picture.
I look at the picture then up at Clary. I look back down at the picture.
Avy is sitting in the grass holding a teddy bear and Clary is sitting beside her holding a sign with three arrows and some words.
The first arrow is pointing at Avyanna and says I'm a big sister now. The second arrow is pointing up at Clary and says I'm a proud Momma of 2. The third arrow is pointing down at Clary's stomach and says time for Jace to be a Daddy again.
I pick up Avy and go over to Clary.
"Daddy 'nounce," Avy says.
"I am proud to say that Clary, Avy, and I will be welcoming another member to our family."
