I yawned and walked down to the common room, Draco was waiting for me on the couch. I snuck up behind him and was about to say 'boo' when someone caught onto me. "If you're trying to surprise me y/n you're going to need to try harder." He said slyly.

"I'll surprise you for sure one of these days," I replied. He got up and stretched his arms showing off his muscles discretely. I playfully rolled my eyes at him. "Come on let's go."

"Of course," He draped his arm around my shoulder and led us out of the common room.

"You know when I pictured spending time just the two of us, you weren't stuffing yourself with jelly slugs," Draco said as we walked out of the Honeydukes.

"What exactly did you picture this was going to be like," I said shoving another jelly slug into my mouth, I can't help that they taste so good.

"You wouldn't want to know," He smirked and I furrowed my brows at him chewing furiously on my jelly slug.

"Where do you want to go?" I asked changing the topic.

"Hmm, anywhere you want," He said.

"We could hang out in Three Broomsticks," I suggested. He shrugged and we made our way over to Three Broomsticks, which made me happy I wanted some hot chocolate or something it was rather chilly. As soon as we walked in my cheeks and hands felt like ice melting, I inhaled and smelled the wonderful smell of butterbeer mixed with other sweet smelling scents.

"You can take a seat I'll get you a drink," Draco said.

"I can get my own drink you don't have to do that," I replied.

"I want to get you a drink though," He insisted.

"If you to," I shrugged. "Can you get me hot cocoa?" He smiled and nodded; I walked off and took a seat in the corner. It didn't take long for Draco to meet up with me with my cocoa in one hand and a glass of foamy butterbeer in the other. "Thank you," I smiled and gladly took my cup of cocoa.

"You're welcome," He said taking a sip of his butterbeer. I smiled, shaking my head, "What?" He looked at me strangely.

"You have some foam on your lip, hold on," I got a napkin and wiped off the foam from his upper lip. "There you go," I said crumpling the napkin into a ball. I took a sip from my cocoa; it felt weird as the warm liquid warmed my tummy.

"Y/N," Draco mumbled.

"Hmm? What is it?"

"Nothing just wanted to say your name," He smiled genuinely and just stared at me. I laughed nervously, now that I think about it this was the first time me and him actually went on a date. "You're beautiful you know that?"
