The sketch was a pain to get done at first. I hadn't drawn Spamton since last March(?) and I forgot how I usually drew his head, face, and hair. I literally had to look back at older pieces featuring him to get it right.
I really like how this one came out. This is so far my best take on Spamton and I'm a little bummed about not being able to add this much detail to future pieces.
I think I pulled some elements from my Spamton EX design here. Idk why. I just see more of that in how I drew his face this time.
I really wanted his hands to be somewhat visible as a way to practice drawing segmented fingers amd hands. I promised Colossus_Prime I'd draw all our Transformers OCs starting this year and I've been putting it off for a couple months. I'm feeling a little more confident in my ability to draw humanoid robots thanks to Mettaton, Spamton, Tenna, and Pixelle. So, I'll be starting those very soon and I'll share them here.
