Time to give you some info about her.
So, she's supposed to be a mage class with more attack spells than Ralsei and Noelle. The reason why her outfit has a pastel cloak is because she kinda wants to be a kid again since she never really had that opportunity growing up. The cloak is supposed to resemble a baby blanket so it adds a bit of cute factor while showing something she really wishes she had. Now, the dress, boots, and leggings were dulled a lot to show that she tries to appear dark and menacing. But cloak really throws it off due to the colors and material.
