Jake POV
Today is the day I'll be bringing Lara to New York. I actually just told her that I'll be attending a conference but I wasn't. I just can't tell her honestly that I wanted to spend time with her. Yes, I've been trying to woo her but I guess it wasn't my style. I've never done this before. Even before with Lara. We started as friends then hanged out for a bit and we already became a couple. And since I've wronged her before and I've hurt her so much, I'm still embarrassed and can't confront her. I wish I could just tell her I'm sorry and that I still love her, but that's too damn hard! Now, I just heard her talking to that dumba$$. F*ck that b@stard! Why the hell is he there anyway!?
I immediately hanged up the phone and went to my car to drive to Lara's place. I can't stand the thought that he's there and alone with her. I don't trust him. He might just do something...argh! I don't even want to imagine those things! I might kill him!
I was driving like a maniac. I was even beating red lights for pete's sake!
As soon as I arrived at her place, I got out of my car and parked at the corner. I don't care if someone gives me a ticket or tows my car. I just need to get there now!
I was pressing the elevator button like a crazy person. I was even thinking of running up the stairs but then the elevator door suddenly opened and I let myself in.

11th Floor
I knocked at her door like there's no tomorrow. Good thing she opened right away.
"J-Jake? W-What are you doing here?" Lara looked stunned to see me. But I came here for a purpose.
"Where is he?" I was looking around to look for that guy. He must be here somewhere. I can't wait to beat that ba$tard!
"Sino?"
"That a$$hole!" Where the hell is he?! F*ck!
"Lara! Who was that?" A very familiar voice caught my attention. There he was walking from the living room.
"O pare, ikaw pala. Napadalaw ka?" I can't believe this! He was even smiling at me. Retard. "Nagbbreakfast kasi kami ni Lara. You could join us if you want." What I want to know is why are you here at my woman's house?
All of a sudden I saw him put his arm around her. F*ck! How dare he touch my woman!
"Don't. you. dare. touch. her." I said with a warning tone and took off his arm around Lara. He was about to put it back and hit his face. He fell on the floor. A$$hole!
"Jake! Stop!" Lara yelled but I didn't care. I just want to hit his face until nobody can recognize him anymore.
"You'll pay for this!" Damn! I lost balance and fell on the floor. I didn't see that coming. He'll regret this! I'll definitely kill him!
"Ano ba?! Tumigil na kayo please!" Lara was just yelling and was trying to stop us until I heard a loud thump.
I turned around and saw Lara on the floor with blood on her head. I immediately stopped beating this a$$hole and went to Lara and held her in my arms.
"Sh!t! Lara!"
She was just looking at her hand full with blood and suddenly looked at me.
"Sweetheart?! Hey! Answer me! Please! F*ck!" Sh!t! I need to bring her to the hospital.
"P-Please tumigil na k-kayo." I can see she can't barely talk and was about to close her eyes.
