"Lia, please send me those contracts immediately."
"Yes sir. I'll forward them to you as soon as possible."
"Thank you." ibinaba ko ang telepono at ibinalik ang atensyon sa aking laptop.
I've been in Manila for the past few days. I had to fly back to help my father with his company. I actually had no choice. They even threatened to disown me at first which I said "Go ahead". But then when I guess they had no other option to make me come back here. They said na ipapakasal nila ako sa babaeng hindi ko kilala. Yes, an arranged marriage. Which really pissed me off. I know my parents, especially my father. He means business. He will use all his connections and kahit itali niya pa ako sa altar para maikasal lang ako e gagawin niya. So I immediately came back kahit ayaw ko. Hindi ko pa ulit nakikita si Lara. I wanted to see if she's okay. That dumba$$ Jake didn't even let me go near her. He banned me from visiting her from the hospital. Hindi man lang ako nakapagsorry sa kagaguhang nagawa ko kaya sya naospital. Actually I half blaming myself because it's also that a$$hole's fault. Tss. The last time I heard that she was discharged from the hospital. Luke told me which she knew thru Aimee.

Bumukas ang pinto at iniluwa noon si Lia, my secretary.
"Sir. Someone's here to see you."
Kumunot ang noo ko. I am not expecting anyone to visit me at this time.
"Who?"
"He said he's your friend. Mr. Winston Gallagher"
Wins? Ano naman kaya ginagawa nito dito?
"Okay. You can let him in. Thanks Lia."
"You're welcome Sir." I then heard my secretary talked to someone and a few seconds later saw the weirdo's face coming in my office.
"What's up Race! Long time no see man!" Wins said with a huge grin.
"Hey bro! Have a seat." he then sat at my sofa and crossed his legs.
"Ano namang masamang hangin ang nagdala sayo dito ha Wins?" I asked him.
"I just got back from Australia last week and I heard you came back from your long rebellious trip so I stopped by to say hi." He said with a smirk. Sira ulo talaga.
