Reika’s POV

“So what’s our schedule for today?” Reika asked her secretary. It was already the 30th of December but they still have a lot of tasks to do.

“Our team is going to have to observe the daily lives and routines of the members. We’ll be asking them occasionally about their work and their schedules, much like an interview so we can learn more about them and translate that information into a design for them.” Chesca explained.

“Okay. We’ve pretty much discussed about this already. May I see the schedule of the members today? The one that their manager gave yesterday.” The files were handed to her. “Hmmm. Okay. Since there are a lot of members and they have different schedules for today, we’ll split into mini groups.” That was a great idea for her. She can just choose to be with the group that won’t be handling Donghae or Kyuhyun.

“That’s a good idea, Miss Mizakuchi. Actually, Madame had the same idea which she stated on her e-mail earlier this morning.”

Uh-oh. This doesn’t sound good. Her mom was up to something again.

“She said she’s really excited for the line so she’s doing what she can to help. And so she attached the team members that will be assigned to the members.” Chesca gave a paper to her.

Reika grimaced when she saw where her mother assigned her. She was going to be with Super Junior M today, the Chinese subgroup, for their album jacket cover and photo shoot. She likes to observe pictorials and see the different outfits of the models but knowing that both Hae and Kyu were in the subgroup, she began to worry. Is she really the team leader for this? She wants to argue with her mom but there was also a PS on the e-mail which read: Please tell Team Leader Mizakuchi that if she has concerns, I won’t be able to be in touch soon. Which can also mean that she cannot argue.

She sighed. “Okay. Let’s go with Madame’s plan. But tell me first Chesca..” Her secretary looked attentively at her. “Did Madame ask you to report about what I’m doing here, too?” Although she also reports about her work every end of the day.

“Yes, Ma’am. She personally asked me to keep an eye on you in case something happens.” Chesca answered professionally.

“Okay. That’s fine. Then let’s get going now.” Her mom was really doting.

Reika went to SJ-M’s location with her secretary and one other member. They arrived at about 10am, which means they were about to start at 10:30.

When they went inside the building, the stylists were already prepping up the members. She can’t really see them because there were too many people around them so they first went to their manager to inform their presence.

“Oh yeah. I was expecting you. We’re about to start and you can go ask them questions if they’re not doing anything for the moment.” SJ-M’s manager told her group. “This is just like those documentaries that they had in the past so I believe they can handle it well. They are very, very talkative, too, so expect them to cooperate very eagerly.” He laughed. “Actually, these guys are anticipating their line so I’m sure it will be a breeze for your team.”

“Okay, sir. Thank you.” She gave him a professional smile and went off to observe what was happening around. Everyone was with just about everything; the outfits are being prepared, the set was being double checked, the tools for the pictorial were being made sure to be working and the members were on their last finishing touches.
