Izuku Midoriya always wanted to be a hero, always wanted to help people. Just like All Might does, just like the Guardians of the Globe do.
But can he be a hero even without a quirk?
That was the question that Izuku dared to ask as he got a oppertunity to speak to Omni-Man

On that day Izuku Midoriya did stop dreaming and started working.
His strength grew, his ambition grew but more importantly his willpower grew.
Until one day a old power that vanished over 200 years ago returns in form of a Green Ring.
