Before Quirks there were Cybernetics they were the pinacle of human technology a chance for people to leave the realm of being normal.
Everyone had atleast one cybernetic implant in their live but then Quirks appeared and in just 50 years cybernetics vanished as if they never existed.
They were forgotten and in history books they are described as a fashion trent.
Izuku Midoriya a normal, quirkless boy who wanted nothing else then to be a hero was the same. He had never heard of Cybernetics before maybe read about it once but it was to unimportant for him to remember.
That was until he stumbled upon a old workshop a workshop of a time that nearly everyone else has forgotten and it will be Izuku who will show the world just what they are missing out on.
