Chapter 15

EMILY'S P.O.V.

     I was shocked at what was at the Griffindor table when I walked through the giant double doors. Ginny was sitting on Harry's lap. But that wasn't the thing that hit me. What hit me was that they where full on making out in front of everyone. No one was stopping them. In fact people just moved away from them.

When I was in the infirmary was it that easy to replace me.

    
     I just stood in the doorway for a moment and a couple people looked over. I snapped out of it and walked away. I wasn't hungry anymore. I went to walk to my dorm and laid on the bed and went to sleep.

     
Did I really mean nothing to him.

      I mean we had so much fun when we where together but I guess it didn't matter.

     I was walking down one of the long hallways and I couldn't make sense of where I was going. But I kept walking. Then I saw a door open and I ran to it wanting to know what was in there and escape the lonely hallway. When I opened it scenes flashed before my eyes one after the other starting with Stephanie.

    "You are so annoying. I don't know why I even started to talk to you when you can't talk back and then you try to dump all your problems on me like that's going to help. I wish you would have just left me alone."

      Next was Rain  "tch why did you think I liked you the only reason I talked to you was cause I felt bad for you you just need to leave me alone."

    Then came Harry one of the worst "God why did you think I would ever like you. Someone who can't talk to me and who's so ugly even trolls turn away. I only dated you cause some one dared me to. Why would you ever think that someone like me would like someone like you. You should have never come here in the first place." That is what set me over the edge. I fell to my knees and started to cry.

They were right.

     Why was I here I certainly don't belong here and I'm much to weird to even be able to talk. Maybe I should just leave and everything would be ok.

Yea that sounds good.

     I sat up straight panting from the nightmare. Everyone else was sound asleep and you could hear the owls hooting from the owl tower. I got up and shuffled around the room till I got to the bathroom. I got one of the little bathroom cups and drank some water.

     I leaned over the counter and looked at myself in the mirror. What was I doing with myself. I know it was only a dream but it seemed so real and it really hurt me. How can a dream be that realistic. I started to look around the for what I needed and almost immediately found it. I don't know who's it was but I was using it now and they will have to deal with it.

Stop it that was all fake none of them really feel that way about you.

Does it look like I care.

No, but I thought I could try to help talk you out of this.

Well it's not working so to bad now go away.

Ugh fine but I'm not stopping.

     Here we go again.

       This hasn't been a very good year has it. Well there is still a lot of time oh well. I started to place the shiny blade on my scared skin.

Slice...that's five. Why am I doing this again?

Slice...that's six. The red color is so pretty.

Slice...that's seven. Maybe I should stop?

Slice...that's eight. Man I'm getting really light headed.

Slice slice...that's nine and ten...........*thud

  Maybe that was a bit much. I thought as my vision got blurry and my head hit the floor.

RAIN'S P.O.V.

     I woke up really early in the morning as always but as usual Em was gone. I sighed and started to get ready for classes this morning. I kept moving around the room quietly as to not wake Hermione and Ginny.

     As I was pulling on my shoes I started to smell something. That's weird I don't think I'm familiar with this smell. I followed the sent to where I thought it was coming from which was the bathroom. The door was shut and the light was off but I went in anyway.

     What I saw was unbelievable.

    I gasped and coved my mouth with my hand and took a step back. There on the ground was Emily with her wrist bleeding with a razor blade near her hand.

Oh my..o-oh my god she started cutting again!

Why didn't she tell me?!

Did Stephanie know?!

     That doesn't matter Rain get it together! I looked back down at her and realized that her head was bleeding too. She must have pasted out and hit her head really hard.

Emily what have you done to yourself.

A.N.

    So eventful chapter eh. I actually had I dream similar to the one Emily had and that's how I got the idea for this chapter. It's ok now though and no I don't self harm like she does in the story.
