Chris's P.O.V.

I havent talked to Ashton since yesterday. I cant believe that he doesnt trust me . I cant believe that he thinks that I would cheat on him . I would never do that . I kept looking at the board , trying to pay attention to the equations , but all that I can think of now is Ashton. ''Chris on the board please.'' the teacher said and I stood up and got the marker in my hands. I started writing the answer , my eyes focused on the board .'' Slower , not everyone is as bright as you.'' someone yelled and my eyes darted to my rushed answer. I sighed , wipped off what I had already wrote and started again , this time writing slower and in an understandable way for all. To be honest , I cant care less about anyone but Ashton at this point.As soon as I finished , I placed the marker and sat down. ''Everything okay ?'' the teacher said and I just nodded my head. I stared at my book , as I kept thinking about him. The door suddenly opened and he was standing right in front of me , his eyes glued on mine.

'' Yes , mr.Irwin.'' the teacher said and he looked at her.'' How can we help you ?'' she said.

'' The principal needs Chris in his office.'' he said and the teacher nodded,

''Chris , you may go.'' she said and I stood up and got out. The situation is really awkward , none of us were talking , as we walked towards the office.Before I could get in , Ashton grabbed my hand. I looked at our connected palms , waiting for him to say something.

''The principal doesnt want you . I made that up to get you out of there.'' he said .'' I need to talk to you.'' he added lifting my chin up so I could face him.He leaned in to kiss him , but I pulled away.He cant say the things that he said and then expect everything to be alright.'' What ?'' he asked.

'' You are kidding right ?'' I said . He gave me a confused look.'' You accused me of cheating on you with Luke , just because he joked about a dare . You dont trust me , Ashton.'' I said 

''It is over now.'' he said in a calm tone.

''No it's not, you made me feel awful.'' I said tears threaten to spill from my eyes.'' And you come here , take me from my class to kiss me like nothing happened ? '' I said , trying to keep it quite.

'' Whatever.'' he said , before he turned his back to me and left me sitting in the middle of the hallway , wondering what I did wrong.

Ashton's P.O.V.

*at his house* 

What the hell am I doing ? I have to talk to her , I have to apologise , not make things even worse. I have to find a way to get her to come here.I have to lie , but it will be for a good cause , right ? I reached out for my phone and typed her phone number. She is probably hesitating to pick up , but I know that she will.After what seemed like 10 rings , she picked it up.

''Yeah..'' she said.

'' Please come here.'' I coughed.'' I am really sick .'' I coughed again .

'' Are you ok ?'' she asked , clearly worried. I feel horrible for lying, but there is no other way.

'' No , noone is home and I think I have a fever. I dont know what to do , please Chris.'' I said coughing once more.

'' I am coming.Just lie down and dont move.'' she said and hung up the phone. I quickly got up and went to get a thermometer .I boiled some water and stuck it in there for just a second.That's what they do in the movies .I place the thermometer on the table , then got two blankets and three pillows and threw them on the couch . I lied down and waited for her to come. After 5 minutes , there was a knock on the door. Man , she is fast. I got up and with a blanket wrapped around me , I slowly went to the door.As soon as I opened the door , I saw a panting , worried  Chris looking at me . '' I told you to not move.'' she said and guided me to the couch . She took the thermometer in her hands and gasped . '' You are burning.''  she said .

''My head hurts.'' I said , trying to make my illness more believable. She wrapped me up in the blankets and placed my head comfortably on the pillows. 

'' I am gonna make you a tea .'' she said and headed to the kitchen. After ten minutes she came back holding a cup in her hands. '' Drink it before it gets cool.'' she said , sitting beside me .She placed her hand on my stomach and rubbed it. I do feel guilty for lying , but I have to admit that I enjoy this affection. As soon as I finished the tea , she went to the kitchen and came back with a glass of water .She took out some pills from her pocket and gave me one.

''It's aspirin for your headache.'' she said and I nodded. I took the pill and then she wrapped me up in the blankets again and readjusted my head on the pillows. ''Do you want me to make you some soup ?'' she asked me.

'' No , babe.Just stay here please.'' I said taking her hand in mine. 

'' Of course.'' she whispered .

''I love you .'' I said.

''I love you too , Ashton.'' she said kissing my forehead.She then looked at me confused.Shit.''Put the thermometer again.'' she said reaching out for it . I coughed once more .She stuck the thermometer in my armpit and waited for 3 minutes. When she took it out , she looked at me.'' You are not sick , are you ?'' she asked.

''No.'' I said.'' I had to find a way to get you to come here.'' I said. ''I am sorry , Chris.'' I said sitting up and taking her hands in mine.'' I am the worst boyfriend ever. I shouldnt have said the things that I did. I just love you so much , I am afraid you are gonna leave me , because of the way I have treated you.'' I said looking at her in the eyes.

'' You will never lose me Ashton. I would never leave you . I love you.'' she said and I leaned in .Our lips met and I felt the tingling sensation , I feel everytime I kiss her. 

''It just made me furious seeing him flirt with you .You are mine.'' I said hugging her. I felt her laughing as she hugged me back.

'' I am yours.'' she whispered.
