I rolled my eyes, ignoring the boys flanking me. If they said I could will people, I might as well try it. After a minute and a half of deliberating, I decided what I was going to do.

"Mrs. Toney?" I stuck my hand in the air. "You said that Andy, Kyle and I could have a free period, to erhm... work on our Psychology project in the Courtyard."

She frowned. "I don't recall..."

I cut her off. "You don't?" I put a fake pout on my face." You promised, at the beginning of class."

The poor teacher smiled, buying in to my facade completely. "Of course, kids. Run along now."

Chuckling, I turned toward the boys staring at me open-mouthed. "Come on."

They fumbled up all their belongings, almost runnings after me as I flounced out of the room, winking at the guys who blushed at the attention.

We were halfway to the down the hallway to the heavy metal doors leading to the Courtyard, when Kyle stepped in front of me, effectively stopping me in my tracks. I quirked an eyebrow at him, but he just stared me down keeping his toned arms tightly crossed.

"What?" I demanded, loosely crossing my own arms as I shook my pale hair back.

"Do you believe me now?" He inquired. I shrugged, not meeting his gaze anymore.

"Do you? I can make you think you can do whatever I want, Bliss." He said dangerously, looking over my shoulder at Andy, who stood behind me uncertainly. Andy made a move toward Kyle, and I frowned.

"Stay." I ordered. Andy froze mid-step, looking panicked.

"He's not a dog." Kyle sighed, waving him forward. But he couldn't move. "You're too powerful, too early. This isn't good."

I blinked, wondering why I was acting like such a freak. "I'm sorry.." I whispered, turning to Andy. "Go."

He nearly tripped into motion, caught off guard. I reached out and steadied him, immediately moving back once he was upright.

"I'm really sorry guys. I don't know what came over me." I crouched down onto the blacktop. Not the easiest thing to do in a black leather mini-skirt, but I managed. What in the world was happening to me? I felt a hand on my shoulder and looked up, meeting Andy's cool eyes.

"It's just the effects of the change. You'll do weird things you would not find yourself ever doing before. But trust me, it only lasts for a month or so."

I found myself smiling softly. "Thanks Andy. I really am sorry for earlier."

"It's cool." He waved me off. "You didn't exactly know what you were doing."

"You do realize, "Kyle cut in, "she's going to be expecting a Psychology project?"

I sighed. "I'll take care of it. What should we do now?"

The brothers exchanged a glance, and Andy pulled out his cell phone, fingers flying across the keys before he held it up to his ear.

"What's going on?" I whispered to Kyle, my eyes still on Andy.

"He's calling Aaron. He'll probably want us to go home. So we'll have to talk to the secretery and get a pass." He explained. Andy nodded, putting his cell phone away.

"We have to go home. Now." I rolled my eyes and sighed loudly, dramatically making my way to the car. Once again, everybody stared and I winked at all the guys that used to stare at me anyway.

"Bliss, seriously?" Kyle sighed.

I grinned, turning toward him, full pout. "What's the matter, jealous?" I wagged my eyesbrows at him.

Andy burst into laughter, full on doubled over in the parking lot. He held out his fist for me to bump. We both looked at Kyle, who was blushing like crazy and running a hand through his hair.

"He's so jealous." Andy stage-whispered to me.

"Aw! Aren't you cute." I giggled, winking at him. Kyle sighed, and turned toward the car, but I reached out and grabbed his arm.

"Come on. We were only kidding." I leaned over and kissed him on the cheek, before walking past him and getting into the back seat of the car. Kyle stood flustered for a second, while Andy got in the car and high-fived me. He shot us a dirty look and got into the car.

"Shit." I sighed, spotting Garnet near the fronof the school. "Look." All attention turned toward the blonde, who was smirking at me.

I rolled my eyes and flipped her off as we drove past. Her mouth dropped open, and she turned and fled into the school.

"Bliss!" Andy scolded, turning in his seat to look at me.

"What?" I sighed, suddenly exhausted. Leaning my head back against the seat, I tried to keep my eyes open.

"You're just stirring up trouble..." I tuned out Andy's rant, watching the trees whizz by as his voice became a buzz in the background.
