Wow guys, a million years later I updated.. Don't get mad at this chapter please. It's really hard working around the ending that you guys all want. And geez thanks for all the reads! The books at 57.5k! Major step up! Thanks guys! Happy readings.:)
Oh and for Lauren, I really want her to play the role as Barbara Palvin. I feel like Madison beer is taken at the moment with Jack G and she didn't fit the part. (But again, use your imagination, I'm just recommending stuff)
Oh and one more thing. I edited a lot of the chapters and I can't help but think about how suckish I write and how corny the chapters were...

-Lauren's P.O.V.-
These whole three weeks, I have been hiding this horrible secret. And today it was revealed to Cameron. The things is, he knew all along. To say I was hurt, was an understatement.
"Cameron! Are you coming?" Lia stated. She crossed her arms across of her chest. She looked really annoyed.
I stood in shock. Could this be really true? How is that I put all my trust in Cameron but all he does is break it down?..
"Cameron you're getting married to.. Her?" I chocked out. I pointed my finger to Lia and chocked out a small sob. Tears emerged, and before I knew it, my tears were streaming down my face.
"Lauren please let me explain.." Cameron said softly. He calmly put his hand on my arm.
I shrugged away and pulled away from him. "Don't touch me." I yelped.
"Lauren please." Cameron responded. He reached out for me again but I took two steps back.
"So basically, you are shooting a movie with Lia, earlier in the dressing room you were kissing her, and now you're getting married to her?" I forced my voice to come out.
Lia smugly looked at me. She brushed her hand against her hair and smiled.
"Look this wedding was uncalled for. I didn't sign up for this. Yes I knew I was getting married, and I'm sorry for not telling you. I was looking for ways to escape this situation." Cameron sighed. He looked drained, like he had no sleep. The shooting hours were long, and now a new marriage situation came up. Stress was obviously written on his forehead.
"I just don't understand why you wouldn't tell me!" I shouted. People looked at me- well basically the whole shooting crew. Cameron waved them off and they exited the set. Lia however stayed by Cameron. She put her arm around Cameron, snuggling closer to him.
By now, I wanted to rip her head off.
Cameron shrugged her off. He ignored her and shooed her off, but she stayed.
"Lauren, apparently your boyfriend is telling you lies. Cameron was the one that called for the marriage in December, the night of the Gala." Lia smirked.
Anger was fuming inside me.
"That's bull! I called my parents to rearrange Lauren and I's marriage!" Cameron yelled.
I somewhat felt a pang of happiness but it didn't help the current situation.
"Well what did your parents say?" I sniffed.
"They said.." He sighed, "that I'll be marrying Lia.."Cameron replied.
I choked out a sob and fell on my knees. I hurt so so very much.
Cameron came to my side and sat by me. He pulled me into a hug.
"I was honestly so scared on how you would react... I didn't want things to turn out like this.." Cameron whispered.
"Well did you want me to find out on your wedding day?!" I screamed. I fisted my hair and cried.
"Lauren I really wanted to marry you, only you, not anyone else. But my parents beat us to it. They found someone new for me to marry. Apparently they were offered a better deal.." Cameron hugged me.
"Did you at least try to fight back? Did you defend me? Do you even want me?.." I cried.
"Of course I did Lauren. I don't know who set my parents up. I really don't know who told my parents about Lia and her parents company." Cameron sniffed.
To see Cameron as broken down as I was, really hurt me. I was very mad for him not telling me but at the same time I was very hurt for him. He shouldn't be going through this. We both shouldn't.
"The wedding is in March.." Cameron breathed out.
It was almost February right now. I sobbed silently to myself cradling in my body and rocking back and forth.
"I'm sorry Lauren." Cameron whispered. He wiped away his tears and hugged me. The pain felt like a thousand knives stabbing into my flesh. Nothing could fix it.
My sobs got louder and louder by the second. I cried and cried, gasping for air each passing second.
Lia stood their silently with a small smile plastered on her lips. She enjoyed this very much.
Cameron got up and gave me a kiss on the forehead. "I love you and only you Lauren." He whispered.
He stood up and walked away with Lia. They were wedding planning. My sobs became silent but my heart rate became faster.
This can't be happening.
Life's unfair.
I stood up, still weeping away. I smoothed out my dress and brushed out my hair down.
It was final, Cameron was getting married to someone else. Not me.
To know that Lia will be sharing the same bed and house, made me weak to the core. I just couldn't believe it.

-I silently cried the way back to the hotel. When I got back, I packed all my belongings. I silently cried to myself. Searching the room for paper and a pen, I decided to write Cameron a letter.
Dear Cameron, my one and only true love. I love you and forever will. But sometimes there are things that can never work out in life. Life is unfair, life is hard, it pushes us around. But just realize, the past year I spent with you, has been the best ride of my life. This isn't a goodbye letter or a breakup later. This is a letter stating that better things will happen in the future for the two of us. Who knows what God has in store for us. God has a plan. If the marriage is off, I will be the most happiest girl in the world. But even if the marriage isn't off with Lia, keep in mind that I will always love you. And only you. Forever and always.
But please keep your promise Cameron.
"I promise to love you more than ever. I promise to be your friend. I promise to be there for you. Last but not least, I promise that you are something to me." - Cameron.
P.s. Don't think I forgot what you said on Christmas night.
Love, Lauren Miller. ♡

I slipped the letter into an envelope and placed it on the end of the bed.I carefully watched the ring Cameron gave me. I'm never taking it off.
I kissed the ring and smiled softly. Grabbing my luggage, I headed off home.
