Chapter 37: 4th of July.

-Cameron's P.O.V.-

Me and Lauren are taking a break and its been a month. We are not going to see each other for a year. I am pretty happy because I don't have to deal with her.

She didn't even say bye.

-Lauren's P.O.V.-

It's been already a month. It's summer so all I do is lay in bed all day. I will be starting college soon.

I lost contact with Cameron. We stopped talking and whatever else. It's not like we did that when we lived with each other though.

I have been quite lonely. I hang out with Megan but other than that I have no life.

I will be attending College in February. I will be going to UCLA. I am so excited. Megan is coming along!

I was interrupted in my deep thought because my phone rang. Megan was calling me.

Megan: Hello?

Lauren: Hello.

Megan: Get your ass up. It's fourth of July!

Lauren: I totally forgot.

Megan: Yeah! We are going to San Francisco!

Lauren: Okay!

Megan: Be there in 30 minutes with Nash!

Lauren: Ok bye.

I hung up and got dressed. I did my normal routine and wore high waisted flag shorts and a lace crop top. My hair was down and wavy. I wore some chunky black heels.

I heard a honk outside. Megan was here! I grabbed my satchel and my phone.

I ran outside and opened the door.

"Oh my gosh!" I gasped.

"Myles!" I hugged him. I looked over and there was a girl siting next to him.

"Hey Lauren. Meet Rose." Myles said.

Rose had short brown hair and green eyes.

"Uh hi. Who are you?" I asked politely.

"Hi. I am Myles Girlfriend." She said.

That was awkward.

"Oh.." I replied.

I sat down in the car.

"Sorry I didn't tell you.." Myles whispered in my ear.

"It's okay.." I mumbled looking outside.

We were in the car for a long time. Like about 5 hours. During the car ride, I talked to Rose. She was really sweet. I am really happy for Myles that he found a girlfriend.

Yay!! We arrived in San Francisco!! We drive across the bridge.

The view was great. It was sunny and bright.

We arrived at the Pier. Nash brought some picnic items. We laid everything down and watched the fireworks. It was stunning.

Halfway into the show, I received a notification on my Instagram. It said that Crystal posted a photo.

Yeah, I need to unfollow her. I decided to unfollow her after I view the photo.

Crystal posted a photo of being carried by Cameron. They were at Venice beach.

Crystal wrote:

I am so happy I am with Cameron today! I'm leaving tomorrow to Ohio. This is a good last day to spend with him. #Camstal

I unfollowed her soon after. I hate her.

Finishing the firework show, we all ate at a small cafe that over looked the view of San Francisco.

I ordered some pasta while everyone else ordered steak.

"So how did you guys meet?" I asked Rose.

"We met at DisneyLand." Rose replied.

"Oh cool." I looked at Myles and he shrugged.

After we finished eating we left home.
