Chapter 43: Christmas Gala

-Lauren's P.O.V.-

I woke up with a smiled crept on my face. I am so glad we made up.
Oh crap. I checked the time, it was 11 am. Geez we slept in long. The Christmas ball started at 5pm today. OH MY GOSH IT WAS CHRISTMAS!! I didn't have a present for the boys yet!!

I quickly got out of bed without waking Cameron up. I changed into some tights and a sweater. I washed my face and did my normal routine. I quickly ran out grabbing my purse and slipping on my uggs. It was pretty chilly outside.

-Cameron's P.O.V.-

I am so glad I made up with Lauren. I had the best night with her. I am going to talk to my parents about rearranging the marriage again. I am going to ask Lauren about it first.

I woke up and it was 12 pm. I didn't find Lauren by my side either. I got pretty worried. I checked my phone and the date was the 25th.
Oh yeah. It was Christmas.

I decided to get up and get ready for the day.

-Lauren's P.O.V.-

I walked out of the store with bags full presents. I got all the boys starbucks gift cards. I also stopped at the Vans store to pick up a new pair of shoes for Cameron. Not only did I just get shoes for Cameron, I also got him a sweater that had a picture of us on our Grad Night. I ordered it a couple days ago, as well as a shirt for Megan.

I was in our rental car and started putting the presents together. When I finished, I walked back into the hotel.

Luckily Megan was our hotel room so she opened the door for me.
"Hey. Merry christmas!" I said giving her a present.

"Aww thanks. Merry Christmas!" Megan said. She gave me a bag. I happily retrieve it.

I opened it and found a sweater that said "Cameron Dallas is my boyfriend."
I smiled really big.

"I assumed you guys made up." Megan chuckled. To think of it, Cameron hasn't asked me to be his girlfriend yet. Yeah, we made up, but we are not in a relationship.

"Thanks Megan." I sighed. Megan gave me a confused look but smiled. She quickly opened her present I wrapped.

"Oh my gosh! You got me a "Nash Grier is my boyfriend" shirt! Thank you!" Megan screamed out.

I managed to get that shirt for Megan. I ordered it online.

"No problem. I am glad you like it." I replied.

"Its almost time for the ball, should we get ready?" Megan asks. I glanced at the clock. It was already 2:30pm. I nodded in response.

Me and Megan got our hair and makeup professionally done. My hair was into a curly bun that had a braid. Megan's hair was a curly half up half down. Surprisingly our makeup turned out as great as our hair. My makeup was a champagne/gold smokey eye. Megan's makeup was a black smokey eye.

We arrived back to our hotel. We both have been waiting for this Christmas ball since Thanksgiving Day. I pulled out my dress from the closet. It was a champagne and gold dress with sequins and lace. I paired it with champagne colored heels and diamond earrings.

Megan's dress was black and slim all around her body, but the dress poofs out. Our dresses looked amazing on us. Preparing for this day reminds me so much of our Senior Prom. Tears began brimming my eyes. I smiled in the mirror and quickly brushed the tears.

This was going to be an amazing night.

We stepped out of the girls-only limo. The boys brought their 'girly friends' to the ball. I was unaware they had girlfriends so it was nice getting to know all of them during the car ride. They all looked amazing in their dresses. All of us held onto our christmass presents we were gonna give. I had Cameron's in my hand.

Me and Megan walked into the reserved ballroom area. Their was a crystal chandelier hanging above the dance floor. There was a huge christmas tree also. Lights, drinks, and people filled the area. Somehow I lost Megan in the crowd. I wanted to find Cameron.

As I walked around I saw the least person I wanted to see.

Jessica. {A//N SHE IS BACK BITCHES! If you forgot jessica, she was Cameron's first gf}

I quickly turn away. Hopefully she didnt notice me. Who invited her?

As the thoughts trail my head, I noticed the Magcon boys hanging around the tree.

"Merry Christmas!!" I screamed. I scared them. "Merry christmas. You look amazing!" Matt said.

"Thanks!! You all look great!" I replied. I glanced at what they boys wore. The all had a tux and fixed hair. Of course Taylor had a bandanna on his head. The color matching his girlfriends dress.

I smiled and handed all the boys their girft cards to starbucks.

"AGGGHHH YOU ARE THE REAL MVP!!!!" Jack G yells. All of them run to hug me. Luckily their girlfriends don't care. They aren't snobs or thots. Luckily.

"Let go of her guys. She's mine." I smiled widely.

The person I wanted to see was here.

I wiggled out of everyones grip and ran to Cameron, in heels. I accidentally fell down but luckily he caught me. "You look beautiful tonight." he whispered. I let out a ugly chuckle slip my mouth, causing both of to laugh.

"You look amazing as ever." I say to Cameron.

"Come here." Cameron said pulling me into a kiss. I begin to kiss back. Until we heard.

Jessica.

"Hey Cameron." Jessica laughed.

"Who invited you here?" Cameron asked sternly.

"My cousin was coming so I tagged along." Jessica laughed.

"Who's your cousin?" I asked Jessica.

"Crystal." Jessica smirked.

Cameron's face dropped.
"Where is she?" I asked.

"Over there." Jessica smirked.

I started to walk away and headed towards Crystal. When I arrived I saw her sitting down. I had one simple question on my mind.

"What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Getting my revenge." Crystal replied. That sent chills running down my back.

"Are you trying to take Cameron away from me?" I snapped.

"I find my ways." Crystal smirked.

I wanted to wipe that smirk off. Which I did. I slapped her face, really hard.

I walked back to Cameron, finding Jessica all over him. Cameron pushed her away and walked towards me.

"What's wrong?" He asked.
Should I tell him? Nah...
"Nothing." I smiled.

"Well come here.." He grabbed my wrist and pulled me outside.

We stopped and sat down on a bench. We stared at the stars for a couple of minutes until he broke the silence.

"Lauren, I know we have been through a lot, but I just want to say I love you. You forgave me after my stupid decision to date Crystal. Nothing can explain how much I wanted you back. Nothing can explain how much it killed me to see you suffer. Seeing you hurt made me want to kill myself. All those lies that you heard that came from my mouth was to please Crystal, when really all I wanted to do was please you. Lauren I love you. More than anything." Cameron said. A tear dripped down his eye.

I could feel tears dripping down my eye too.

"Lauren will you be my girlfriend?" Cameron asked. He pulled out a small heart shaped box.
