Chapter 14: Confessing

-Lauren's P.O.V.-

I was just about to open the front door when Cameron opened it from the other side. I was curious what he was doing outside. I was about to leave until I saw Jessica walk in from behind.

"Oh look what we have here. Where are you going? Are you leaving the house to flirt on boys again? Jessica said laughing.

"Umm, no I am leaving because of special reasons." I said to Jessica.

"Oh well, I always new you were special." Jessica said sarcastically.

I was mad, so I just left. Luckily, we have multiple cars in the driveway. I know how to drive, so I left to Applebee's.

-Cameron's P.O.V.-

I opened the front door, and I realized Lauren was on the other side. She actually looked pretty. I think she was going somewhere. Jessica was with me, before I knew it, Jessica had to step in and start a conversation.

Jessica was talking to Lauren. Jessica was being really rude to Lauren. I didn't care though. I was listening to their conversation. I took a couple glances at Lauren. Lauren looked annoyed. After Lauren left, Jessica turned to me.

"What is that girl doing here?!" Jessica said.

"Jessica, I need you to understand something. You are going to have to take it seriously." I reply back to

Jessica. She nodded in response.

"I am being forced to marry Lauren, or at least live with her for a year." I sigh.

"What?! Your forced to marry that ugly cow?!" Jessica yelled.

"But don't worry, I will always love you. After the year is over, i'll just say I don't want to marry her." I said.

"Aww Cameron, that's fine." Jessica said pulling me into a hug.

I am so glad and relieved I confessed to Jessica. She was okay with me being force to live with Lauren for a year.

-Lauren's P.O.V.-

I arrived at Applebee's. I couldn't wait to see Myles.

I went inside and found Myles sitting in a booth. He was so cute! He wore a button up and some skinny jeans. I approached him, he came up to give me a hug.

"Hey Lauren, I missed you so much!" Myles said.

"I missed you too." I replied hugging him.

"You look gorgeous tonight." Myles said.

"Thanks, so do you." I reply.

During the whole night, I told Myles about my forced Marriage to Cameron. I also told him about me staying in LA and finishing school here. After hearing me talk with food in my mouth, he replied back.

"That's great your starting school here, but I was hoping that I would marry you one day.." Myles said looking down. I blushed so hard.

"Aww that's so sweet of you." I reply back.

When we finished eating, Myles paid for the dinner.

I thanked him by giving him a kiss on the cheek.

After that, we went our separate ways.

I arrived home and the maids greeted me. I was exhausted. I stepped foot in the living room and saw Cameron and Jessica making out. They are so gross. I was about to leave when I heard someone call my name.

"Lauren are you jealous?" Jessica said.

Ew. Why would I be jealous?

"No." I said. I turned and walked away.

"Yes you are Lauren. You are mad that you don't have a boyfriend that loves you!!" Jessica yelled.

Whatever, I didn't care. I just kept on walking to my room.

-Cameron's P.O.V.-

Me and Jessica were making out. Jessica stopped kissing me. I noticed she was looking at Lauren.

"Lauren are you jealous?" Jessica said to Lauren.

"No." Lauren said.

"Yes you are Lauren. You are mad that you don't have a boyfriend that's loves you!! Jessica yelled. Lauren walked away.

I have to admit, what Jessica said was pretty harsh....

Jessica had to leave. She was taking a flight back to San diego.. Once she left the house was full of silence. I was walking up the stairs to my room when I heard crying..

It was coming from Lauren's room. Her room wasn't closed so I peeked inside. I saw Lauren crying softly. She was laying on her bed.

I walked in. I didn't know what to do next. There was no turning back.

-Lauren's P.O.V.-

After hearing what Jessica had to say, I cried. I was so sad. She was right, I had no boyfriend that loved me. I had Myles but he hasn't asked me out. I cried softly on my bed. I heard someone walk in. I quickly wipe my tears.

"Uh Lauren, don't forget we have school tomorrow." Cameron said. I looked at him. For a couple seconds, we shared an awkward stare.

I nodded my head in response. He was about to leave but he stood there.

"On Jessica's behalf, I apologize for her attitude today." Cameron mumbled.

"Whatever." I said.

Cameron nodded and left. I took a shower and got ready for bed.
