Zarc and the Yuus had just finished their pizza when Zarc's phone rang. He scowled, knowing exactly who it was. "She just cannot leave well enough alone, can she?"
"Apparently not," Yuto said, shaking his head. "She woke me up at three in the morning this morning, calling me crying because she needed a place to stay. I have insomnia, too, and I had just gotten to sleep."
"Ugh, that's annoying," Yuri shook his head. "I guess her parents won't let her stay with them."
Zarc rejected Kairi's call, but his soon-to-be-ex-wife was persistent. She called twelve more times in a row before Zarc finally answered the phone, "Leave me alone, Kairi!"
"Zarc we need to talk," Kairi said. "I'm pregnant."
