Chapter 38: Family Day

Meek POV
2 weeks later

Life has been so great. It's just been me and my baby, enjoying each other. We talked about the wedding a lot and I forreal can't wait until the day comes.

We haven't set a date, but she wants a summer wedding, beach wedding. That's understandable since the beach both our favorite places.

I just got out of bed and I was throwing on some clothes to head out.

Nicki- "Where you going? "

Meek- "I gotta go pick Pap up from the airport" I said as I laid on her. "C'mon, you should ride with me"

Nicki- "My little Papiiiiii" she said as she clapped her hands. I laughed at her and got up.

Meek- "okay, but hurry up. He by himself on the plane so I gotta make sure I'm there when it land"

Nicki POV

Me and Rihmeek were hugging and waiting on the plane to unboard.

Attendent- "Flight 290 from New Jersey is now unboarding. Stand by"

Meek- "oh come on. That's his plane".

He grabbed my hand and we stood by the entrance.

Papi- "MS MOMMY MINAJ!!!!!!! DADDY!!!!!!" He said as he ran and jumped and started hugging both of our legs.

He left his spiderman backpack on wheels in the middle of the floor.

Nicki- "I'm sorry about that" I said to people walking around it, as I grabbed it.

Random old lady- "he is just the cutest. You guys have a beautiful family!"

I'm glad none of these people are starstruck, I thought.

We hurried and went to the car.

Meek- "how was your flight?"

Papi- "it was so cool! I could've touched the clouds!!! They looked like cotton candy! But now my ear hurt"

Nic- "probably from being so high up. Lemme see."

I told him to keep opening and closing his mouth slowly and I tugged his ear so I can pop it.

Meek - "that feel better?"

Papi- "yes, thanks Mommy!!!!!!...I mean Ms. Minaj"

Meek POV

Papi just called Nicki Mommy. And even though he corrected himself, I know that he sometimes wish Nic was his mom.

Nic- "it's okay baby, you welcome" Nic said as she reached down and kissed him and grabbed his hand.

Meek- "I can't wait till you a mommy forreal" I said.

Papi- "I'M GOING TO BE A BIG BROTHER!!!!!!!!" He started jumping around and clapping as he ran around me and Nic.

Meek- "Papi! Calm down! Naw, not yet!" I said sternly.

Papi put his head down and walked regularly.

Nicki bent down and pulled him close to her.

Nicki- "No Pap. You won't be a big brother YET, but you will be. You see this ring?", she held it out so he could see it. Papi nodded.

"This is a engagement ring. Meaning me and your dad will get married soon. After we get married, I'm going to get you 100 little brothers and sisters."

Papi started smiling.

Papi- "Can you be my mommy? I know I have a mommy, but I want you to be mommy too. He's my daddy. You're my mommy". His voice was so cute.
