Chapter 43: The Fight

Nic POV

I woke up and Rihmeek wasn't laying down with me. I brushed my teeth, washed my face and headed downstairs. Meek and Na was looking at something on the computer.

Meek noticed me first so he got up and walked towards me. 

Meek- "Goodmorning gorgeous, how did you sleep?" He said as he pecked my lips. I notice he was much calmer than he was last night so I took it as a good sign.

Nic- "I slept good. Goodmorning, sis" I said as I went around and hugged her.

We held small talk for a minute.

Meek- "So I'm preparing just in case Fah want to really try and get full custody of Pap." Meek said nonchalantly. "I been looking at some lawyers and I found one and she look like she a pitbull, based on her ratings and case percentages"

Nic- "I think that's smart baby to be ready. But do you really think she would go that far?"

Na- "That broad is a complete nut, I wouldn't put it past her." Na said as she shook her head.

Nic- "Well whatever you want to do, I am going to support you 1000% and ride with you the whole way" 

Meek- "I know I married you for a reason other than how good yo pus-" He stopped when he remembered Na was right there. We all burst out laughing as we both playfully started beating him up.

We heard some little feet coming.

Papi- "Don't hit my daddy" he said as he came up and started hitting Na and I legs.

Na picked him up and started tickling him until he turned red in the face and said he was gonna pee on himself. He ran off to the bathroom as we all caught our breath.

Na- "We could've cooked, but lets go to breakfast instead. Breakfast on Meek" 

Nic- "I like the sound of that" I said as we all started heading upstairs to get dressed.

30 minutes later

We all threw on something comfortable so we could head to iHop. I didn't even want iHop but the kids did so we can settle on it.

Na- "So when is your first appointment, sis"

Nic- "Tomorrrow afternoon in LA. I cannot wait. I'm really just curious as to how far along I am" I said as I side eyed Meek. Of course he was in his dumb ass phone like always.

I rolled my eyes as we all kept eating and talking. Meek barely touched his food cause he was on his phone so much. He had a strange look on his face too, I made a mental note to ask him about it later.

Meek POV

I'm sitting here confused as hell cause Pmon just hit me talking about word around town is somebody got a sex tape with me and they gone release it to the highest bidder. I was so confused cause I haven't had sex with anybody other than Nicki in like 3 years.

Meek- "what? Who is it?"

Pmon- "I don't know yet. I'm fishing around trying to find out. you busy?"

Meek- "Yea, leaving breakfast w/ Nic and the fam."

Pmon- "ard, bull. enjoy your family company man, don't worry about none of this. It's prolly a misunderstanding"

I locked my phone and slipped in my pocket as I grabbed my card to pay for the food.

Nic- "Oh, look who decided to join us" Nic said as she rolled her eyes at me.
