Chapter 52: Welcome Home, Baby.

Meek POV

Doctor- "PUSHHHHHH. That's good. Give me a few more good pushes like that and she'll be out in no time."

Meek- "You doing good baby. You can do this", I said kissing her forehead and wiping her sweat.

Doctor- "PUSHHHHHHH"

Nic gave another push and with each push she squeezed my hand hard as hell.

Nic- "GET THIS BABY OUT OF MEEEEE" she yelled between cries.

Doctor- "We see the head. Give me onee more strong one!! 1...2...3...PUSHHHH!"

Nic squeezed my hand and pushed and we immediately started hearing baby cries. My heart jumped out of my chest. My princess!!!

Doctor- "good job, mom. Dad, Wanna do the honors of cutting the cord", I looked down at Nic and then smiled really big and started walking towards my princess.

I cut it and then they took her and finished cleaning her up.

A couple minutes later they was swaddling her and bringing us to her. The doctor placed her in Nic arms and she immediately started crying.

Nic- "Riley Mone't Williams", she said as she cried while stroking her head full of curly hair. I didn't want to interrupt they mommy daughter moment so I just stood back and watched.

Nic- "Hey mommy's baby. You here. I can't believe you are finally here." *cries harder* "I wanted you for so long baby. I love you so much with everything that is in me. Thank you for saving me. You are so beautiful and amazing already and I am so madly in love with you. My sole purpose now is to make sure you are always right. You see that man over there", she turned Riley my way, "That's your daddy. I'm surprised he hasn't snatched you out my arms yet"

Meek- "I just wanted you to enjoy her first babe.", I walked towards the bed and kissed her before grabbing my daughter. The feeling was surreal.

Meek- "There goes Daddy's baby", I said before kissing her cheek. Riley looked back up at me with these bright, brown eyes. I felt like I was staring in Nic eyes.

Meek- "Hey babygirl. I'm Daddy. I love you so much already. I thought I was being a puss-, uh, punk for ya mama, but you just multiplied that. I can't wait til you old enough and I can get you a pink banshee. I'm gonna always protect you tho, baby girl. I am living for you and your mother and your brother. I can already tell that you gonna run me for whatever cause I keep getting lost in your eyes already. You are sooo beautiful, baby girl. You look EXACTLY like your mom."

I glanced at Nic and she was dozing into sleep.

"Your mama gone be so jealous of us. She gone be mad cause Imma buy you all the gifts and you gone get all my kisses, love and heart. Imma be your first love and show you that you a princess.", I was rocking Riley and next thing I know she was sleep.

I looked and smiled down at her until I saw a water drop drip on her cheek. I looked up to see if it was a pipe leaking from the ceiling. I chuckled when I realized my eyes was just sweatin.

Meek- "see what you doing already, babygirl? You can't even talk yet and you got me crying", I said as I rocked her a little more. went and placed her in Nic arms and kissed them both before heading to the lobby to call Tak.

Nic POV

I woke up a couple hours later and Riley was in my arms and Meek wasn't no where to be found.

I had a slight headache so I pushed the nurse button.

Nurse- "Is everything alright?"

Nic- I have a bit of a headache. Is there something you can give me for it?"
