Final Chapter

Final Chapter: Raimon Vs Inazuma Japan: Raimon is at it's strongest.

No One POV

After three months. The soccer team is still going strong. Tsurugi saved Reiko from the real her. And she's never been happier. Tsurugi and Reiko have been dating for 2 months now. And they're going strong.

At practice Kidou, Sakuma, Fudou, Tobitaka, Fubuki and Gouenji walked onto the pitch. The whole team were shocked to see so many of Inazuma Japan here at once. Even Noaki was there. Which no one understood. But you soon explained he worked with Gouenji when he was Holy Emperor. So he was amazing at soccer. Also. He enjoyed playing with the team so much he wanted to come and visit. Endou called the team over. All the adults were stood.

"Well." Endou spoke. "We've got a new challenger for you. This one has no intention of destroying us." Everyone looked over to Reiko.

"I'm sorry. That wasn't the real me." She laughed. Everyone laughed along with her.

"The challenger is them." Endou pointed to the top of the stairs. No one could see who they were because the sun was in the way. Endou, Fubuki, Kidou, Gouenji, Sakuma, Tobitaka and Fudou walked to the centre of the pitch. The students were a little confused. Haruna went and joined them. Two more female figures went and joined then.

"Aki-san?!" Tenma asked shocked.

"And Endou Natsumi!?" Reiko added. One by one the figures at the top of the stairs and joined the adults on the pitch.

"Your challengers are us. Inazuma Japan." Endou finished.

"You're kidding right?" Reiko asked directly to Gouenji.

"My dear cousin. Would I lie to you?" Gouenji replied with a smile.

"Cousin?!" A few Inazuma Japan members shouted.

"Yep. This little devil is my cousin." Gouenji spoke to his friends.

"The match is in two weeks. Until then. Noaki will be your coach." Endou spoke. "We will be practising as well. Play your soccer. Not giving up. And Reiko. Take it easy. You don't need to worry about the team."

"It's a habit." She argued. Noaki and Gouenji chuckled. Inazuma Japan started to walk away to practice themselves. Fubuki said something that Fudou, Sakuma, Kidou, Gouenji and Endou all agreed on.

"Raimon are lucky to have Reiko. When she was in Hakuren she always brought out the best in the players. She always protected them. If she felt like any of them were in danger in the match. She would always take the hit. Whatever it was."

"She was like that in Teikoku as well." Kidou added.

"She has a real passion for soccer." Gouenji continued.

"Even when she went against Raimon because of her dark side. She saw that she was putting her friends in danger. And she stopped to keep them safe." Fudou spoke.

"Just like we knew she would." Endou finished. He stopped. "Minna!" He shouted. Everybody stopped and looked in his direction. "We are against the strongest individual we've ever been against. Reiko Arisu is going to put up a strong fight herself. And Raimon will not give up. With her on their team, this is going to be the best game we've fought in a while. It's going to be tough. And loosing is a possibility. But we won't give up."

"Hai!" They all chorused.

Back on the field.

Tenma stood up.

"As captain I've made a decision." He spoke so that everyone could hear. He held his captain's mark in his hands. "Reiko. We need you as captain." He handed his captains mark to Reiko.

"Tenma. I can't." She pushed his hand away.

"Reiko. We need you as a captain." He protested.

"Tenma. I'm not talking to you as a team mate. I'm talking to you as a friend. You are the only oone who can captain this team right now. " Both Sangoku and Shindou nodded at her statement. "No one else can captain this team like you." She smiled at him. He put the mark back on his arm.

"Well. At least make a speech. We will need it." He asked Reiko. The others nodded.

"Reiko. You know some of these players better than us." Aoi spoke.

"Fine." She stood up in front of the team. "You know Inazuma Japan. They were once the strongest team in Japan. But now it's us! We will fight with everything we've got. Push them to their limit. Show them the strength of Raimon. Show them the power that is within each of you. They will be tough. They're adults. They're more experienced than them. But you soccer, Our soccer has not failed us yet. We can beat them. And we will." Everyone looked at her. "No retreat." She spoke.

"No surrender!" The rest of the team shouted. (I borrowed that from the film The Book Of Life My favourite film at the moment.)

"Let's win this!" They all cheered.

The day of the match

The two teams walked onto the pitch. The crowd went wild. Reiko was slightly confused.

"This is being filmed isn't it?" She asked.

"Yep." Tenma replied. Everyone was in position. Inazuma Japan was starting with the ball. Reiko turned to the team and nodded at Tenma.

"No retreat!" She shouted.

"No surrender!" They all chorused.

"Let's do this!" She shouted once more.

"Hai!" Everyone cheered. She turned to see Gouenji in front of her, next to him was Kazemaru.

"I never thought I'd see you in that uniform." She laughed.

"Arisu!" A female voice shouted from tge crowd. A happy Yuuka was sat with Noaki. "You can do it Arisu!" She shouted for support.

"How come you sister is cheering for Reiko and not you?" Kazemaru asked.

"Three.......Two......One." Both Reiko and Gouenji spoke.

"Knock 'em dead Shuuya!" A happy Noaki shouted down.

"They've made a bet in who can win." Reiko spoke.

"Definitely."

"Well. Let's not disappoint." She smiled at Gouenji. The whistle blew and the match started.

*Narrator Voice* How the match ended. That's all up to you. Raimon may have beaten the adult representatives. But tgey may not have. But one thing is for sure. Reiko, the main character in this story, she finally found somewhere she belonged. Not with Hakuren. Not with Teikoku. And definitely not with Resistance Japan. She belonged here. With her friends. At Raimon. That game she played. There waa necer a frown on her face. A permanent smile glued on. She was with the boy she loved. Playing the game she loved. And she couldn't ask for anything else.
