This is gonna be a short mini chapter.
*Katie's POV.*
Ben and I walk past the police station, we see Linda walking Randolph in. There was a crowd of people around.
"Murderer!" Someone yells. Then a guy throws a glass and it barely misses them. "Hey! Any more of that and I'll haul your ass's in too!" Linda shouts.
"I think we should get going," Ben says. I nod. We keep walking.
"Hey, can I ask you something?" I say to him. "Sure," he says. "Why'd you insist on walking me home? "
I don't know. I just thought you could use some company." He replies. "Oh," is all I say. "My house is just up ahead." I say as we turn onto my street.
"Do you still sing?" Ben asks out of the blue. "Excuse me?" I say. "I remember a few years ago you sang titanium for the school talent show. You were amazing." He says. I blush but I don't know why. "Then Phil Bushey asked if your could sing it over the radio one day. I think I listened to that broadcast like 100 times." He says. "Seriously? Thanks, that's really sweet." I say smiling.
We finally get to my house and I walk up to my door. "Thanks for walking me home," I say.
"No problem," Ben says. "So, I guess I'll see you around." He says. "Definitely. Night Benny." I say before closing the door.
*Ben Drake's POV.*
"Night Benny." Katie says before going inside. I just stay smiling at the door. Oh come on! I yell at myself. You have been in the same class as her for years! Why can't you just tell her you love her? The tiny voice asks. "I don't know," I say aloud. "And besides, I don't know her well enough to know if I love her."
You do and you know it! It says.
"Alright, fine... maybe." I say before walking away. But I know it's true. I do love her. I always have, I always will.
Well that's it for this short chapter. (Please tell me if I suck at the romance stuff) Anywho I just watched the series final of under the dome. And I am pissed. Sam and Junior are dead. WHY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My two absolute favorite characters are dead. And Dawn, (AKA the new queen,) Is somehow still alive. That is just great! We'll you guys don't want to listen to me go on and on but I will update again soon. And- Oh shit! I'm late for school! Bye domaniacs! My teacher is going to kill me. (Not literally,)
