(We're going to pretend that Sebastian Michaelis is his actual name, okay?)

(Eva's POV)

Sebastian, Ciel, and myself sat around a large table waiting for the new queen to arrive. Ciel received a letter from her majesty informing us on a meeting that was to be held on this day.

We will be the first ones to ever meet her. I have heard some rather dark things about her, but of course they're all rumors.

We all sat in anticipation as the door slowly opened and in walked her majesty. We all stood and bowed. Something was off about her, but I could not place my finger on it.

She was a rather petite woman. She had long silver hair with two red roses pinned to the sides and dark grey eyes. She wore a stunning long white gown that reached the floor.

She approached us and curtsied. She turned to the young master. "Hello Ciel, I have heard many things about your work. It is an honor to meet you."

Ciel bowed once more and stood back up. "Hello your majesty, thank you. Welcome to the throne."

She nodded and sat down in a small red chair. Two very tall men suddenly appeared on each side of her.

The one to her right was a tall man with gorgeous blonde hair and sparkling green eyes. The one to her left was also quite tall. He had long black silky hair and dark eyes, he reminded me of Sebastian.

Her majesty motioned for us to sit. We did as we were told and spread out along the table. Sebastian stared at the black haired man with an intense look.

"Please, allow us to introduce ourselves." The blonde man said with a bow. "My name is Kena Lenoxx. I serve as her Majesty's butler. I am very pleased to meet you."

He stood up straight and turned his attention to the dark man. Sebastian and the man could not take their eyes off of each other. They stared at each other almost angrily.

"My name is Agares..... Michaelis. I am the queens body guard." He said with a bow as well.

Sebastian stood from his chair and slowly approached him. Agares stood up straight and walked towards Sebastian, they looked as if they were going to fight.

I quickly stood up from my chair and ran in between them and outstretched my arms. "This is not the time, nor place to fight."

They both smirked and Sebastian looked down at me. "My dear, are you going to stop two brothers from being reacquainted?"

I took a step back and looked between the two. "You never told me you had a brother Sebastian."

Agares chucked. "And you never told me you had such a perfect creature in your grasp."
Sebastian chuckled as well and grinned. "I have not seen Agares in centuries. I imagine if the topic came up I would have informed you love."

I rolled my eyes and shook Agares's hand. "Well, it is a pleasure to meet you Agares."

He shook my hand in return. "The pleasure is all mine my lady." He took my hand and placed a soft kiss on my cold skin.

We returned to our seats and returned our attention to the queen.

"I am pleased to see everyone has made acquaintances. Now, we have some business to attend to. Kena, if you will."

Kena pulled out a small envelope from his pocket and handed it to her majesty, she opened and began to read.

"Now, there has been recent criminal activity going on in East London. The culprit is randomly killing men that have nothing in common with each other. The men have been found with their eyes gouged out and their hearts ripped out. I need you three to investigate and bring whoever is committing these crimes in for custody. Do you think you are up for the task?"

I nodded my head and turned towards Ciel.

"Of course your majesty. Any duties you have for me shall be done at once." He smirked.

"There is one addition however." The queen stated.

Ciel raises a brow. "And what would that be your majesty?"

She crosses her legs and folded her hands neatly on her knees. "You will be working with Scotland yard. I know you do not enjoy working with them, but they can help you."

Ciel stood from his chair and bowed. "Of course your majesty. I will stop at nothing until I find the culprit held accountable for these crimes."

Sebastian and I stood up as well and bowed.

"Thank you Ciel, it is a great privilege to be working with you."

Ciel nodded. The queens butler showed us out. He handed Ciel a small white envelope with the queens mark on it. "Thank you for stopping by. It was an honor to meet the queens guard dog."

Ciel nodded. "Thank you for having me."

We left the manor and headed for the carriage. When we got inside Ciel opened the letter and examined it.

"We will start the investigation as soon as possible. Sebastian, I need you to make a list of possible suspects, names, alibies, and whereabouts."

Sebastian nodded and opened the door to the carriage. "Consider it done, master." And with that, he jumped out of the door.

Once we arrived back at the Phantomhive manor, I got started on Ciels dinner.

I prepared poached salmon Kyoto on a bed of steamed white rice and vegetables, his favorite, or so I'm told.

When I was finished I put the dish on the cart and wheeled it into the dining room.

I poured Ciel a glass of water on ice and placed his meal in front of him.

I anxiously awaited his reaction, considering he has never tried my cooking before. He picked up his fork and slowly took a bite. He hesitated a moment and looked up at me.

"This is the most wonderful thing I have ever eaten, almost better than Sebastian's."

"Better than my what, my lord?" Sebastian appeared behind Ciel, making me jump.

"Her cooking is exquisite Sebastian. How come you never told me she could cook like this?" Ciel asked.

"I never knew myself, my lord." Sebastian said with a chuckle.

Ciel sat down his fork and turned towards Sebastian.

"Did you get the list of possible suspects I asked for?"

Sebastian nodded and took out three large rolls of paper.

"I have narrowed it down to three culprits my lord."

"Well, who are they?" Ciel asked.

"A man named Arnold Thomas, a woman named Teresa Monroe, and" he sighed.

"Grell Sutcliffe."
