Part Two: Chapter Two- Important Gathering

Neymar's POV

Tonight we're all going out to dinner at Mama Carolla's. It's an Italian restaurant that Ciara and June swear by. I'm very excited for tonight. It's going to be a great night for everyone. I finish ruffing my hair how I like it before going into June's closet where she's getting dressed. I'm just in time to see her stand up and look the mirror.

"Bonita," I smile walking in behind her.

"Obrigada," she blushes as I take her hands and pulls her into my chest.

I kiss her forehead before turning her around so I can look at her in the mirror. She has on a peacock print skirt with a green one long sleeve crop top. Her make up is light with her hair curled and slightly pulled back. the fishnets that she has on paired with her blue heels make my mouth water. Her legs are long and lean--I can see how muscular she is. She has one a pretty blue statement necklace and matching earrings.

"You ready to go, princesa?"

"Just about. Let me grab my clutch and we can go."

June picks up a royal blue clutch and pops her phone in it along with some Chapstick. I take her hand and lead her out to the car. It's her car. Normally I drive us, but June wants to drive so I don't argue. Davi is going with Mãe, Rafa, and Pai.

We jump into her car, and she heads towards the restaurant. I rest my hand on her thigh and fur on the radio. Christmas carols flow through the speakers. June and I sing along as we make our way to the restaurant. It takes us a bit longer since there's so much traffic. I hear June muttering under her breath about it.

When we finally make it there, June parks the car next to Ciara and Javier's. She grabs her clutch and pulls on a jacket as its slowly starting to snow. I offer her my arm which she accepts as we walk towards the restaurant. I kiss her cheek which makes her smile.

"It sounds strange, but I think we have a private section of the patio," June smiles at me.

"The patio?"

"It's a covered patio with heat lamps. It's pretty when it's sunny, but it's stunning in the snow,0 June nods as we step inside.

"June!" An older woman comes over.

"Mama Carolla! It's so nice to see you again!" She smiles hugging her.

"You have gotten so beautiful since I last saw you!" Mama Carolla gushes.

"Thank you much," June beams, "Mama Carolla, this is my boyfriend, Neymar. Neymar, this is Mama Carolla; she's an old family friend."

"Nice to meet you," Mama Carolla shakes my hand.

"Likewise," I smile.

"Your family has the best place on the patio. I'll bring you out."

"Thank you," we say as we follow her.

"I watched your game on TV two weeks ago. You were so amazing; your father would have been very proud of you."

"Thank you so much," June smiles.

"Of course. Here's your table," Mama Carolla leads is back into a private area on the patio.

I can see what June means. It's encased in a tent with several heat lamps that makes the light snow basically unnoticeable. It's decorated with wreaths and other lights. There's a chandelier that been decorated to look like a giant snowflake. It's very cozy and romantic. I smile as we join our friends and family. I pull a chair out for June and help her sit. I'm next to Rafa with Javi next to June. He kisses her forehead, and they start talking in a mix of Spanish and English that I find a bit hard to follow.
