Lauryn and I slowly hop out of her car. She parked in the back to the courthouse where Neymar and I are eloping. I have the garment bag with my dress, and she has the make up kit. Marc, Neymar, Geri, and Shak parked in the front lot. Geri is going to walk me down the aisle to meet Neymar. I think of him as a big brother. We're really close and since Javi isn't here, I figured he should give me away to Neymar.
We were given separate rooms to get ready in. I smile at Lauryn as we walk in. It's so early that there aren't any paps swarming around to get pictures.
"Mrs. da Silva Santos!" Lauryn grins as she does my make up.
"I know. I think was a good idea after everything that's happened," I smile.
"I can't believe my little June is all grown up and getting married."
"Shut up," I laugh and lightly whack at her hand, "you're the one who's having a baby!"
"Yeah. Who'd of thought that our lives would turn out this way!" She nodded.
"I know right?! Crazy stuff."
The two of us continue to chat as I get ready to marry Neymar. I smile widely as Lauryn moves to fix my hair. I know my parents will be disappointed to have missed this, but it was the right decision for us. We needed something to bring us together after loosing Azalyn. Shakira comes into the room where we're finishing up. I grin at the Columbian who is like a mom to me. I like to think of Shak as my Barcelona Mom.
"Oh you look so beautiful," she grins.
"Thank you," Lauryn grins.
"Thanks, Shak," I smile widely.
"How do you feel?"
"Ready! I can't wait to be married," I smile.
"I'm so excited for you!"
"I'm coming in! No one better be naked!" Geri announces before opening the door.
"Aw, June-bug!" Geri grins seeing me.
"Geri!"
"You look beautiful, dear!" He comes over and kisses my cheek.
"No ruining my masterpiece!" Lauryn bats at him.
"Shut up! Do you need me to get your dress ready?"
"Yes please! It's over there in that bag," I point to where I hung it up.
"Okay!"
"Perfect!" Lauryn declares once she's done with my hair.
"Here's your dress!" Geri grins, "just as pretty as when you chose it!"
I grin looking at it. Lauryn, Shak, and Geri went with me to get it. We made Geri come with us claiming we needed a body guard. Geri leaves so Shak and Lauryn can help me into it. I start to slip into it smiling widely. It's perfect. After Lauryn zips me up, Shak hands me the flowing bouquet of flowers. I grin and take them air kissing her.
