Sergi's POV
It's been a week since Summer, June, and Javier left. I was shocked when Neymar left for Mexico the day after them. I remember him coming to my house when Marc, Leo, and Gerard were over ranting and raving about Javier inviting June's ex over in a vain attempt to break the two of them up.
I was shocked at his actions. I knew he didn't like the idea of them together, but I thought he had finally accepted that they were together. I assumed he would be somewhat okay with it, seeing as how happy it made June to be with Neymar. We were all in complete shock. It seemed like such a teenage thing to do. I could tell the guys weren't impressed.
We were all even less impressed when we found out Javier tried to punch Neymar and ended up breaking June's jaw. I was in utter shock. Chicha never seemed like the violent type.
I remember having a group conversation with Neymar, Marc, Gerard, and Leo about it. Neymar was pissed off and really upset, not that I can blame him. Neymar immediately talked about wanting to have June move in with him. We tried to talk him out of it, but Neymar seems determined to have June move in.
It's a drastic move and even if June agrees, I can't see Javier take that laying down. Her step-sister, step-father, and best friend, who happens to be Javier's ex girlfriend, seem to be the most supportive of her relationship with Neymar.
It must be awkward for Javier to have his sister be so close with his ex while Summer is with him. On top of all of that, Lety fully supports June and Neymar; as does Summer. That's got to suck- having your sister, exgirlfriend, and your current girlfriend all for a relationship you can't stand.
I can understand Chicha's concerns, but I think he's coddling her a little too much. June's old enough to make her own decisions but at the same time, she hasn't graduated high school yet.
Marc and Neymar don't think June's mom should be one to talk about what's good for her, since Ciara herself doesn't really know. June told everyone about her issues with her mother. I don't understand why June still listens to the woman who refused to let her see her ill father. She's one of the reasons June ended up in a hospital and rehab facility. I think Ana and her dad have her best intentions in mind. Javier, like Ciara, has concerns about Neymar, but actually somewhat trusts June enough to know she isn't going to do something to ruin the rest if her life.
I sigh and get out of my car. I pop my sunglasses on as I head into Starbucks. I need some coffee right about now. I talked to Summer who says she's having a great time. I'm happy for her. I swear if Javier screws up and breaks her heart, I'll have a few choice words for him. I, however, am not too concerned about that. June said that he was with his last girlfriend, Lety, for almost six years before they called it off.
"Bienvenidos, Starbucks. ¿Qué puedo conseguir para usted?" the lady asks. {Welcome to Starbucks. What can I get for you?}
"Hola. Puedo yo por favor tenga una vainilla helada macchiato?" I ask {Hi. Can I please get an iced vanilla macchiato?}
"Llegada inmediatamente para usted." {Coming right up for you.}
"Gracias," I pay and step off to the side.
I pull out my phone and see a text from Summer telling me she's disappointed that Javier won't be on the team for the play off against New Zealand they've been consigned to. I sigh when I feel someone tap me on the shoulder.
"I'm so sorry to interrupt, but are you Sergi Roberto?" A pretty girl asks.
"I am. You're a Barcelona fan?" I smile.
"No I'm a Madrista," she says seriously and I frown until she laughs. "No. I'm kidding. I don't do Madrid. I'm a huge Barca fan. Definitely a Culè."
