chapter 9: Suprise

Jonathon's POV
"Good morning again my little friendliest friend" I sing to Eduardo. I picked him up and carried him down stairs. We ate breakfast and set out on our drive to Brighton on the way we stopped at Starbucks to get some coffee. Emilia tried teaching eduardo how to sing the bumble bee song it was really cute! "We're here" I screamed as we pulled into Zoe's driveway.

Anna's POV
We went to Brighton to visit Zoe and Alfie, as we pulled into the driveway I ran to the door and knocked 3 times and rang the door bell. "Sacconejolys, how are you. Zoe come here" Alfie called "hey guys" zoe smiled but not her usual smile. We walked in and I took Zoe aside "what's wrong Zoe tell me everything". "Anna, Alfie and I were fighting and now I don't know if he really wants to marry me" she cried into my chest "of course he does Zoe" I gently consoled. I dried her tears and we walked into the kitchen with everyone else, I sat and played with Nala and kids and then we had lunch.

Jonathon's POV
When we walked in Anna and Zoe went up stairs and Alfie took me into the kitchen "Zoe and I had a huge fight and I'm starting to re-think the engagement the wedding, I don't think I love her anymore." He tried to explain I just stood there mouth wide open, jaw dropped, completely stunned. "Just wait and see your probably still mad, you'll be fine tomorrow, just talk to her about it, it's the only way." I said. He just looked at me and nodded, the girls came back happy and cheery, "love the new touches to the office" Anna beamed. The two of them giggled away while the ate lunch. My phone buzzed it was Alfie
A- how can she be so happy she obviously doesn't care.
J- she's obviously over tje situation.
A- you're right I'm just worrying.
J- just stay calm
I shot alfie a reassuring look as we got up from the table. "We should get going" anna beamed. We packed up and strapped the kids back in the car.
