My eyes fluttered open and sunlight was streaming into my bedroom.My vision blurry and I felt like I had a hangover.I tried to turn my head to look around but my neck was so sore.I was able to glance down and my clothes were covered in blood.That's when I remembered what happened last night.But the hardest thing to register in my mind was the fact that Drake....was a vampire.Fear washed over me.I closed my eyes wanting this to just be a bad dream.But when I opened my eyes again there was Drake sitting on the edge of my bed looking at me with extreme concern in his eyes.

"Are..you alright?"He whispered.I wouldn't respond but it was more like i couldn't respond.In a split second Drake went from the edge of my bed to right at my side.

"I'm so sorry Kyra!"He said.I think....he was blinking back tears.Drake carefully reached towards my neck.I started sobbing and managed a raspy "NO!".Drake froze.Drake craddled me and rocked me and he cried.

"I'm a monster! Look what I did to you?! Now your scared of me!" He shouted with anger.All of a sudden my bedroom door flew open and Jake was standing there followed by Alilah.Jake's blazing green eyes grew wide when he saw the puntures in my neck.Jake's eye color changed and he glared at Drake and threw him against the wall and held him there and was saying something to him but I couldn't hear what.Alilah ran over an knelt by the bedside.

"I'm gonna help you okay?"She whispered.I glanced up and Jake was standing over me like a skyscraper almost and it was frightening.I gulped.Jake carefully scooped me up and carried me out of the room Alilah scurrying after us.I felt so limp in Jake's arms. I knew he didn't care he just wanted to get me help soon so he could go back to pounding Drake.I looked up at him.I couldn't see his insane green eyes.He wouldn't look at me.Oh well I didn't care.

It felt like Jake had been carrying me around for EVER.We're we just going in circles?I sighed heavily.That got his attention.Jake looked down at me

"What was that for?" he asked.Jake scared me.I think it was just his nature to be intimidating."I don't know."I muttered.Jake took a sharp corner then kicked open a door and set me down on the bed.Jake reclined me with his arm.He brushed my hair aside and examined the bite wound.He sighed.

"It's pretty bad and Alilah's bizarre little concoctions won't help."he paused."But I CAN help."Jake's eyes locked with mine for a brief second.I didn't like where this was going.I tensed all over.As I tensed Jake's grip became tighter."As the eldest I'm a pureblood if you'll just let me bite and...."But before he could finish I started to squirm under his intense grip tears stinging my eyes.He sighed "Okay you leave me no choice" He pulled me toward him in one swift movement and bit down.I gasped.But...It didn't hurt.But right as I thought that he injected the venom.I was about to scream like bloody murder(which this pretty much was)when Jake's hand was plastered over my mouth.I moaned into his hand and made several attempts to scream which did no good.I thrashed under his iron grip.The pain was so bad I was pretty sure my nerves had exploded.But i went limp as Jake pulled the venom back out.Now i felt like a wimp for thinking it actually hurt when Drake bit me last night.I looked up and Jake was no longer holding me.His lips drenched in MY blood and the purple venom dripping from his fangs.He looked SO sexy....He laughed and smiled then licked his lips.

"You can pass out now babe"and as if my body had been waiting JUST for his que I was out again.
