Tears streamed down my cheeks.My whole life just got thrown away by people I barley knew.I collapsed on to the ground a curled into a ball as I sobbed.Jake sat down beside me and rubbed my back.

"Get away from me..."I sobbed.But he didn't leave he kept trying to console me.I jumped up to my feet and spun around and glared at him.

"I HATE YOU! I hate You and your family and everything about this stupid place!Your frikin family just threw away my whole life I still had ahead of me.Now I can either be a slave against my will or marry someone I hate!I DONT WANT THAT!"I screamed as I became hysterical.Jake seemed frozen in thought as I turned away.I then decided to run.I sprinted with everything I had for the wall.and just as I was going to jump Jake tackled me to the ground.he glared at me furiously.I choked back my tears.I took a deep breath.

"Kill me......"I said flatly.Jake's eyes widened with shock.I nodded slowly.

"You heard me.Kill me."Jake stood and pulled me up with him.

"I could never do that....."he said shaking his head.I sighed.

"Fine then I'll do it myself."I said nonchalantly.Jake whipped around to face me his eyes filled with horror.He grabbed my shoudlers and shook them.

"NO!Don't you dare say that! Don't EVER say it again Kyra!Don't even THINK it again!"He shouted.I wasn't really suicidal but I needed Jake to know just how upset I am so then he will try harder to change my fate.I shrugged.

"Why?What have I got to live for now?"I asked quietly.Jake was silent for a moment.And then the least expected happened.Jake's soft lips crashed onto mine.Before I knew it I was kissing him back! I wrapped my arms around his neck as Jake pushed me up against the wall.He grabbed my legs and wrapped them around his waist.I felt his fangs graze my lower lip and I whimpered slightly.My fingers tangled themselves in his hair.Jake's lips made their way along my jawline and down my neck.I shuddered when he found my sweet spot.Jake started nibbling at my sweet spot.I gasped partly because of Jake but mainly because of the mysterious figure that appeared in the shadows behind Jake.Jake stopped.He seemed to know they were there.He set me down and turned around.

"River?"He asked shocked.His fiance just caught Jake kissing me!My breath caught in my throat. River smirked as she stepped in front of us.

"Hello Jakerye glad to see your getting along with my wedding present to you."She said with sickly sweetness in her voice.Jake cocked his head to the side puzzled.I was confused as well.

"Wedding present?"Jake asked.River grinned her fangs glinting in the early morning light that filtered through the trees.

"Ofcourse dear.I sent my henchmen to kill her family and then I told your father of her situation and how I planned for her to be my gift to you so he brought her here and now shes yours sweetheart.She's your Blood Slave."River explained.

"YOU KILLED MY FAMILY?!THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!"I screamed as my entire body shook with fury.River laughed.

"I'm suprised she isn't angry about the Blood Slave part."She cackled evily.I looked at Jake.

Well?What IS a Blood Slave? I asked him through our telepathy.Jake sighed.

"A Blood Slave is a human slave to a vampire that the vampire feeds off as they wish until the Slave dies.The slave is always very specially chosen.Because every vampire will only ever have one Blood Slave because there with only ever be ONE human that as the exact blood the vampire craves."Jake said slowly.
