I groaned.I didn't wanna open my eyes and go through a repeat of earlier today.But i did open my eyes and looked at the clock it read 7:45 am.DAMN! I slept the whole day.I huffed in frustration.Well Jake's venom bite (which was probably the most pain I will EVER go through)did help.My neck wasn't stiff or sore.It was like it never happened.I reached up to feel the wound but instead of feeling my skin I felt a bandadge.My eyes flew open when I felt a strong arm wrap around my waist and pull me towards the center of the bed.

"Your up way earlier than I expected you to be after yesterday's ordeal" said a familiar voice.I flipped over to be face to face with Jake.I screamed and his eyes got super wide and i flipped back over and fell off the bed hitting the floor with a thud.Thank the heavens the carpet was so damn soft.I stumbled to my feet and sprinted to the bathroom locking the door behind me.What the hell was Jake doing in MY bed?! How long had he been there?! Did anything happen?! Oh good lord!

There was a knock on the door."Kyra?c'mon open up.I swear I didn't mean to scare you."I didn't respond."Kyra..come on"Came Jake's voice again.And for the first time he didn't sound intimidating."NO! I will NEVER open up EVER!"I shouted back.There was silence.I waited.Five minutes went by and there was still absolutly nothing.I carefully unlocked the door and paused.I cracked the door open a sliver."Jake?"I asked.Nothing.I waited another minute before opening the door open some more."Jake?Jake, where'd you go?"I asked.And right as I finished the door was yanked open and Jake grabbed me and tossed me onto the bed.He was laughing like a maniac.I flipped over onto my back and Jake was right there practically on top of me smiling.

"HA! Gotcha! Weren't expecting that were ya?!" He laughed.I rolled my eyes and let him bask in his pride.Jake finally stopped laughing and put his hands under my lower back and he sat me up and he sat beside me."So..what do ya wanna do today?"he asked.I paused and thought."Um..actually can I see Drake?"I asked.Jake sighed "Sorry but you and I are the only ones here.Everybody else went out for a family outing thing and they wanted me to stay behind to look after you.I don't mind I've always hated going on those family bonding things anyways"He said.I sighed.I wanted to just hide under the covers.I did NOT want to spend the whole day with Jake.

Jake shrugged."You can if you really want to."What?I looked at him with bewilderment.He laughed again.

"I'm a vamp remember?I can read minds.You wanted to just hide under the covers the whole day then spend it with me"He said.I glared.Yep I had zero privacy as of now.I sighed once more."Well since I can't think of a single thing....what do YOU wanna do?"I asked.A smile spread across his face.Oh why did I have such a bad feeling about this.
